Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsHotel is located at the very end of Tokaj. This disables us to walk to the centrum and drink a nice wine. However there are 2 restaurants in the neighborhood which compensate a bit.

United KingdomHad a really lovely stay at this hotel near Kerestir. It’s just a short drive from the Tzion of Reb Shayele, so it's very convenient if you're visiting. There’s free on-site parking, which makes things much easier. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful – he went out of his way to show me around and make sure everything was comfortable. His friendliness really stood out. Overall, a great place to stay – clean, welcoming, and in a very practical location.

PolandRooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was nice and easy to communicate in English :) I liked the location as you can get to the Tokaj city center in 15 minutes on foot. It is nice that you can leave your car on a spacious parking in front of the hotel.

PolandHotel is Ok, but there is no restaurant open in evening. The nearest restaurant is Horgony Etterem, it is very poor, it is better to avoid it as the staff can inflate the bill.

RomaniaOn the corridor there were moths flying and we also found 2 in our room/bathroom.
The location is not that close to the center, but it was a 25 mins walk which was not an inconvenience for us. The hotel is nice. The breakfast was ok, a buffet with several options from which you can choose. In one morning we could not be able to stay for the breakfast and they were really friendly and made us some sandwiches for the road.
