We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

UkraineSome rooms smell of sewage. But you can ask to change the room and the staff will kindly do it, if possible. Although, I understood that all the rooms sometimes smell of sewage. It's just that some stink more and all the time, while others stink less and rarely. I also did not like that the staff was often absent from their places, both the administrator and the waiter.

United KingdomCoffee machine at breakfast was old and coffee didn’t taste good. Also would be nice to have shower gale at the room. Otherwise all perfect
Everything was really good. Receptionists was waiting us with home made moonshine which I never experienced before. Breakfast was good. Traveled with 2 kids and really surprised that we had both, shower and bath too.

RomaniaThe room wasn't so clean as we expected. The rug was dirty. We picked this hotel because it has a restaurant, but it is open only until 20:00 and at 19:30 they didn't server anything from the kitchen. Also the breakfast, wasn't so amazing, as they described - some eggs and some bacon.
The staff were ok and super nice.

RomaniaThey told us we will have parking at the hotel, but they didn’t have anything free+ you have to pay for it, but not only parking which is only 1€ cheaper than any other parking; the bomb was that the air conditioning was not working because you also had to pay extra for it which was nowhere written. The hotel is in extremely poor shape, everything is old and the door was probably broken and not fixed properly, I felt unsafe during the night.
The staff was nice.
