Everything was fantastic. The room was big, with a little kitchen. A great balcony with a view on a street. Near city center. With a parking.

Large comfortable rooms. The rooms are clean. The staff is attentive. Very tasty dinners, there is the possibility of dining outside. The spa in the hotel is basic, nothing special. Great location, in the city center and near lake.

Beautiful building. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy. We loved the room. Pool is a bit tiny… we would have loved to see the staff at least occasionally smiling but that is OK.

Sometimes the menu can feel a little short of options for my tastes but the food on offer is tasty and well cooked.

I have stayed at the Palace hotel on numerous occasions. It has a central location close to all the shops and facilities. The staff are helpful and the rooms while being a little dated are large and well equipped. The shower and bathroom facilities are good. The leisure centre is good and the hotel represents value for money for the standard of accommodation and food on offer.

I wish they had offered a bit more traditional Hungarian cuisine for dinner. The selection of food was wide, just not necessarily traditionally Hungarian. Breakfast offered more.

The hotel is at an amazing location. Easy access to everything that Heviz has to offer. However, it also has everything we need to just stay inside and relax. Staff is friendly, facilities are clean and many services are available at an affordable price. It is also family friendly.

Information about parking is not correct on booking. The hotel has covered parking! It costs the same as the big public parking next to the farmers market, buss station and other shops + supermarket!!!! In addition, I didn't see the possibility of ordering a wine by glass during the dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Food could be improved. Rooms are a little small. (Probably not for European standards). Inside needs a little upgrade. Please get rid of that leafy greenery around the elevator. It’s very tacky. Shows poor taste.

We stayed 4 nights but only got room service once- . Fresh towels would have been nice more than once. I did not like that the hotel was charging for tap water at dinner! Ive never ever charged of tap water in any other European cities before! I understand the hotel would charge for alcohol or soft drinks but I really dont understand why they charge for tap water + add service charge on top of it. The cost was small but the charge was unexpected.

Hotel room was quiet and comfortable.The room was clean with a sunny balcony. The swimmingpool was nice and clean. Breakfast and dinner had good selections.

My friend was fashion-shamed by the redhair waitress. Staff does not speak very good English, but that's the case in the whole Hungary.

Food was great, Location is perfect for tourists (shopping, massages, restaurant, vicinity of the lake...). Quite good spa in the hotel.

I was surprised that the air-conditioning system was off. They said it's already cold but in the room some days it was really warm.

I like the location, it's main street and everything is nearby. Most importantly the lake is 7 min away. Also you could get different treatments like massages, mud and more
