As is common with many software systems, occasional errors can occur before an update is released. Once the update became available and was applied, the motorcycle recognition system began functioning properly again. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the room and the beautiful view, as well as the breakfast. We strive to provide a pleasant experience for all our guests. Our location is really good to start exploring the city: Keleti Railway Station is the closest Metro station (5 minutes’ walk), where Metro line 2 (M2), 4 (M4) and also the buses, trams, and trolleybuses are running. City Park (where the popular Széchenyi Bath, Vajdahunyad Castle, Balloon Fly, City Park Ice Rink, boating lake, Heroes’ Square, ZOO, House of Music, Museum of Fine Arts, Museum of Ethnography, and Circus are located) is also within a short 15-minute walk from us. That's like 2 days of programmes and within a 15-20 minute walk. I am sorry to hear that your first hotel experience was complicated. Most hotels have more floors and corridors where you can only get in with the keycard. We only have one floor and the entrance door is easily findable (we can't even understand what poor access means since there is literally one door to pull and then you are in the building). We could have hundreds of rooms on each floor, but we only have 19 on the top, and that's all. The door opens with a keycard/FOB here, too, and even our entrance is on Google Maps.
