They accepted my luggage early, texted me when my room was ready early. The room was gorgeous, comfortable snd with everything I needed. The location was perfect, right in the middle of a great area and very close to airport bus.

We truly liked the location, close to everything yet not flooded with tourists. The room was nicely furbished and clean, the bed was very comfy. Staff was very kind and helpful with great suggestions and tips of how we can maximize our short stay. We will definitely return for a longer stay.

We had great stay at Rumour. Beautiful room and very high ceiling height. Hotel staff were very friendly and even went the extra mile to help me find my lost shirt I accidentally forgot to the hotel after checkout. Very convenient location to the airport buss.

There was a lack of practicality in the room. Style seemed to have prevailed in that there was no suitable place for an opened suitcase. It just wasn't the easiest room to be in

If you travel constantly, bigger Hotels become less attractive. What do you expect from a stay in Budapest? Getting some charming East European vibes and a chunk of this you can take from this Hotel. Cozy, arty, relaxed and charming. For a reasonable price. Very friendly staff and very easy going.

I would have preferred to be able to have breakfast if required or a bar but there was lovely restaurants around the corner.

Unfortunately, our room had a bad sewer smell, might be because it is an old building? Be aware that decoration painting and tiles are dark colored. Therefore, room is dark. It was also located in the exterior, it was safe,but makes it a little uncomfortable as people who live there on the other floors are looking to the area of the hotel most of the time. Cleaning staff knocked on our door to see if we'd like the cleaning of our room, (they are so fast, as I was just getting closer to the door to open it and they were already opening our door with their keys) we said " no, cleaning, thank you", after that I asked the reception that we will not need cleaning during our stay, they told me they were going to write that on their records, apparently cleaning staff didn't read their instructions? as they still entered our room. They do have a hanging please make up this room sign, but as I mentioned and only to be cautious, we didn't want to hang it, as in the end hotel is located in a building where many other people live and unfortunately main access door to the floor of the hotel remains always unlocked. We've been staying, around Europe, in "similar concept" hotels, and this is the first one that I see that the entrance to the hotel ( reception floor)remains always unlocked and at night with no one at the reception.

Location is great! Nearby tram, bus and subway. Walkable to most tourist places and attractions. Room is spacious.

The receptionist was fantastic. She took the time to point out things to do see and eat in the city and explained the hotel and room to us in detail. Loft was working and our room was huge. The shutters blocked out all the light and despite being on a main road the room was quiet.

A modern place near Deák Ferenc tér, the centre of Budapest. So everything was relavitely close. The room was cosy and the receptionist was super helpful with everything.

Booking says Garden View, but it doesn’t really exist. We didn’t mind as we were all about seeing Budapest.

Hotel is on the first floor of an old apartment building, one has to pass two ugly worn gates and a gloomy staircase to get there.

Clean, spacious room with natural light, beautiful bathroom, comfortable, pleasant, in an ideal location in the heart of Budapest. It is right by the metro station and only minutes away from the Danube and the famous Vaci utca.There are excellent restaurants nearby.
