Dear our guest, thank you very much for your feedback that is very important for us. I am really sorry but you did not understand that you booked and paid on Booking.com for 3 adults and 2 babies. We showed you the confirmation on Booking.com website. You arrived 3 adults and 2 children. The baby bed is free of charge in our pension but the spare bed is 16 EUR/person/night till 12 year, 32 EUR/person/night from 12 year. So you had to pay more 2 x 16 EUR for spare beds on the spot. Moreover, in your confirmation you can see that you had to pay the local tax on the spot. Our colleague tried to help you in your language in russian also. Moreover, I wrote you message when you booked the room and I wanted to ask if you need two babybeds or spare beds but you did not answer me. We showed this message for you.
