There were loads of spiders in the room on the ceiling, corners. Cleaners should take off the copwebs and spiders before someone takes the room. They sould clean properly. Pools were not too clean too. The room was not too spaceous, had to step over thr luggages all the time. Otherwise its ok for couple nights to sleep.

At the moment of our stay the yard seemed a bit neglected, but personally it did not bother me. Things were clean, but I would give the yard a little more ”love” since it is a very pretty yard with a huge potential! :)

Location is very awesome, the pool is very cool and there are cooking facilities next to it. Very nice place to chill! The staff was very nice.

It didn't have anything. Not a coffee, a juice, a cup of tea, nothing was available. We didn't get breakfast because it was 8€ for some scrambled eggs with juice. When we are talking about the rooms, the beds are horrible, with extremely hard mattresses and no soundproofing at all. I COULD HEAR EVERYTHING THE NEIGHBOR WAS DOING!

Starting with the fact that the pictures of the pools are not real, the place only has a small pool. When I asked I had no answer from the personality who was answering the messages on the app, at the venue we only saw her at 2:00 pm for the Check in, I then asked for an iron to be provided and got no answer either. When I checked out, I saw the person in the cafeteria and asked him about the pools in the photos and about the ironing board. But he only said they didn't have those services, Which slammed the door almost in my face as I left the cafeteria. It really was not a pleasant stay for all that is supposedly offered in the price as I consider it to be misleading advertising, also the payment is in advance, leaving no options to cancel the reservation.

The truth is that we are very dissatisfied with the stay and its services.

Towels were not provided in the rooms, the pillows were really bad quality, and the cleaning was also not the best. There was no place to put the shower head.

I like how the place looks, it has a really good vibe. It has lots of potentials as all the rooms have their own balcony or terrace, and the pool is also a plus.

The electricity went out for some minutes at night, it kind of created a commotion among the guests. The beds were not as comfy. The towels and sheets don't exactly smell and feel clean. Not sure if this was somehow communicated somewhere on Booking.com, but the pool was greenish brown, it was not clean at all, and definitely not good for swimming. We visited late April and were kind of expecting to at least have a quick dip.

The lady who checked us in was nice. She made sure to keep in contact with us given that we were arriving late, she was very patient and considerate. The room was equipped.

In the room was really bad smell of cigarettes. The bed wasn’t comfortable, it was more sofa then bed. Not clean.

Bad was very uncomfortable, and sheet was sintetics, so it was so warm and unnatural. We woke up like we didn’t sleep at all. Also, we paid whole price with taxes on booking, and than we had to pay again tax when we came.

The room was nice, it was very clean.
