We appreciate your feedback regarding the breakfast selection and the quality of our coffee and we are glad to hear that you found them satisfactory. However, we regret to learn about the issues you encountered during your stay, particularly concerning the lack of minibar, wellness facilities, and cleanliness. We understand how important these amenities are to our guests, and we will take your comments into consideration as we strive to improve our services. We do not have a minibar service at the moment, the mini fridge in the rooms serves to keep your drinks and snacks cool. We did introduce in the near past the Maxi Bar service, in our hotel, this way our guests can choose snacks and drinks from a large variety. Guests of the Mediterranean-style café and bar in the lobby can choose from our selection of delicious pastries and coffees, as well as from any of the dishes served by the restaurant.
