The room was designed for a modern, minimalist experience, and we note your feedback about the lack of a wardrobe. For a future stay, we’d be happy to suggest a more spacious room option. Parking is clearly stated on Booking and other platforms as an additional paid service, requiring prior reservation. Unfortunately, it is limited, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We collaborate with four brunch places nearby (within a few minutes’ walk) to provide a variety of breakfast options for our guests. Our reception is open daily from 8:00 to 20:00, and this is clearly stated on all booking platforms. For any emergencies after hours, our 24/7 phone line is available. We take cleanliness very seriously, and it is disappointing to hear about this issue. If notified, we would have addressed the matter immediately.
