Recensione verificataCi è piaciuta la posizione, raggiungibile a piedi dal centro, 10 minuti dalla basilica di Santo Stefano. È collegata alla M1, da cui si accede alla stazione Opera, anch’essa vicina all’hotel (5 minuti a piedi). Anche la stanza era molto carina, spaziosa, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. C’era anche la possibilità di guardare netflix sulla televisione, opzione da non sottovalutare a mio parere. Per quanto riguarda l’accesso alla struttura, è tutto spiegato perfettamente, ma nel caso ci fossero problemi, lo staff è sempre disponibile e risponde ai messaggi in modo veloce e cordiale.
Migliorerei la funzionalità dell’applicazione con la quale si accede alla stanza. Una volta arrivati alla stanza il giorno del check in, non riuscivamo ad accedere alla stanza tramite l’applicazione. Nonostante questo, a seguito della nostra segnalazione allo staff, sono stati in grado di aiutarci con risposte tempestive, sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili, complimenti!

Recensione verificataPosizione centrale, negozi per fare la colazione vicinissimi, locali per la sera vicini, stanza grande e pulita, la stanza 5 silenziosa, tecnicamente all'avanguardia o quasi.
Non ha il personale di servizio in loco, si effettua tutto tramite app, compresa le aperture delle porte. Non tutti i dubbi erano scritti nelle FAQ. Come, per esempio, le aperture delle porte del palazzo e dell'ingresso della stanza.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e la camera non è stata pulita. Ho riletto i giudizi degli ospiti ed è una cosa usuale. Loro rispondono che ne prendono atto e che miglioreranno il sevizio. Beh dal 2024 nulla è cambiato. Doccia che allaga il bagno. Frigobar vuoto. Non è facile trovare la struttura perché utilizza parte di uno stabile e, per entrare, si passa da un garage auto e non ci sono indicazioni. (Nulla di impossibile ma se si atterra molto tardi la sera non è piacevole). Ogni volta che si prenota propongono uno sconto del 45% partendo da un prezzo da 4stelle; credo che sia un gioco per far pensare ad un’offerta del momento ma, in realtà, se si pagasse a prezzo pieno sarebbe una follia per quello che offrono.

Recensione verificataEsperienza eccellente per 2 notti !! La struttura si trova in una posizione fantastica, nel cuore del quartiere ebraico, a pochi passi dai locali e dalla fermata della metro Opera. È facilmente raggiungibile dall’aeroporto con l’autobus E100. La camera era pulitissima, con arredi nuovissimi e molto curati. Molto utile la presenza di due bagni separati: uno con la doccia, l’altro con il WC. A disposizione anche una smart TV con accesso a YouTube, Netflix e simili, oltre a una macchina del caffè Nespresso e piccolo frigorifero : un vero comfort. Servizio di pulizia impeccabile: la stanza veniva sistemata ogni giorno, con asciugamani puliti e un kit cortesia completo di shampoo, sapone liquido per la doccia e phon. Check-in e check-out completamente autonomi tramite app alla tua stanza con il tuo smartphone tramite applicazione mobile Guest Advisor , con accesso alla struttura tramite codice e via Bluetooth per la porta della camera : tutto molto pratico e moderno. Al settimo piano si trova anche una fantastica piscina con vista sulla città: ideale per un momento di relax. Infine, l’ultimo giorno ho usufruito del servizio deposito bagagli presso la loro reception, a poche centinaia di metri dall’appartamento. Le valigie sono state custodite in modo sicuro, permettendomi di godermi le ultime ore prima del volo senza stress. Consigliatissimo!
Anche se sono riuscito a gestire tutto autonomamente senza problemi, avrei apprezzato la presenza fisica di una persona in loco per eventuali necessità. Inoltre, nella stanza mancava un armadio dove poter appendere comodamente i vestiti per due persone: un piccolo dettaglio che migliorerebbe ulteriormente il comfort.

Le lenzuola erano macchiate, nelle grucce erano presenti i capellini lunghi e biondi, sicuramente, appartenenti agli ospiti precedenti. La sera dell’arrivo riscaldamento spento e il condizionatore non funzionava. Pulizia in generale molto carente
