The hotel is a local business that is delightful, no poor marks.

Very cool, loved exploring the multiple buildings, the property and visiting the farm animals. The pools were all very nice, the property was very clean and staff helpful and kind. Jasmine, at the front desk, spoke excellent English and was a pleasure to work with. Make sure you know which building your room is in, they ask you for it at dinner. The food was solid country fare with good wines and beer. This place is for relaxation, read a book, play some games (pool table, foos ball, tennis, basketball…), quiet after sundown. Nothing to do outside of the property.

Wonderful place, excellent service, great food. Wish I had more time to fully enjoy my stay. The entire staff was amazing, especially Jazmin who was extremely helpful, going above and beyond with everything!

Not really problems, but the eclectic decoration style, -a bit of a mismatch; room on the smaller size with somewhat dated furniture (in the green house). As several guests noted - the contrast with the village: you are in a gated property in a poor village. The plates for two for breakfast felt like a waste of food as no one can it that amount. So not a negative point but a suggestion: self service would be less wasteful.

Beautiful surroundings - a large, park-like gated property with a pond. Outdoor pool (1,20 deep, 26-28 degrees), nice view from the pool. Indoor spa, with small pool (1,15 deep,), small cave like hot water pool (32-34 degrees), sauna. Practical walk-in shower. Bathrobes provided. Good, plentiful food for breakfast and dinner. As there were few guests, there was no buffet but that was not an issue, as the plates for two were huge and food was tasty. Very friendly, helpful waitress. Great place to relax. A place to go back.

One day a group of guests made a pretty loud pool party, the relaxation was impossible around them, the stuff didn’t do anything about this.

Google draws very strange route, be careful)

The hotel has a perfect location near the Slovenian border. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel has a rather large enclosed area and parking.

There is nothing good about the facility. Everything is very “average”. No attention to the details. The spa is very old, needs renovation. The food is nothing special.

Very nice park with horses and cows on the territory of the hotel. At the end of the day we had a nice stay, but…

Unfortunately nobody speaks english at this hotel. The receptionist was not friendly at all when i asked if she spoke english. Breakfasts especially scrambled eggs were cold. There were No peppers i was counting on , No fried or boiled eggs. Our room nr 26 had spider nets in the corners of the walls.

I did not aware when i booked the apartment that the bathroom including the toilet is downstairs. I would recommend for old people and couples with smaller kids, do not book it. The tv cable was broeken, was no internet, the bathroom toilet was flushing most of the times. Whit sunday was a smoke alarm quicked on in our room around 4 am for no reason. The food was not bad, but is not a 4 star hotel level at all. Even Whit sunday was the same breakfast as the day before, nothing has been changed. From dinner selection not various at all. 1 bottle of water cost 8000HUF. No free toaletries in the bathroom, however shower cap and venity kit provided. On friday the check in lady around 1900 was not friendly at all, not even a welcome smile- howercer we sat on the highhway 4.5 hours in rain, passed 8 accidents amd so on. Do not spend there more than 2 nights, not worth it.

The castle is a must to see. Well preserved, for kids like a labiritnth, big complex, with big yard, small playground, horses, good for long walks. Beautiful spa, mordern style mixed up with castle elements. Have seen a lot of gluteen free food and they always have something for kids( american pancakes or grits with milk( tejberada). Great starting point to go around ( Boldogkővàralja castle, bible translation place in Vizsoly, honey museum, Füzèr castle and so on.
