Nothing but the large number of stairs might be an issue for some people. It is a bit tricky to find but once you know about the second access to the property it is fine.

The location is great and very private. It was a last minute booking and they happily accommodated us. Couples only was a plus and overall our stay was amazing. The staff could not be more helpful

11 on Kajeng is an oasis, a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. It is so private, peaceful and relaxing. Each room is a little villa beautifully furnished. We had our own private pool which comes with the premier sunset villla. Breakfast was served on our private terrace each morning and was delicious. The staff made our wedding anniversary so special with rose petals on the bed, sparkling wine on ice and a couples massage. This truly was a magical stay. Highly recommend.

The stairs that I have to climb (front entrance )

Quiet and within walking distance to most things in Ubud . The beautiful kajeng rice paddy /sweet orange rice paddy walk is less than 5mins away

This is a lovely boutique hotel and a quiet oasis away from the Ubud traffic. The staff at 11 on Kajeng are the highlight. They are so helpful and friendly especially Putu.

There was nothing we “did not like”! Our only suggestion would be installing solar lights in the darker areas of the stairway. Definitely not a dealbreaker.

Absolutely loved the secluded and romantic feel of the property. The grounds were well kept, the staff continually had mosquito repellent contraptions lit to provide a patio mosquito free and the location was absolutely perfect… only minutes away (walking) from the main road and center Ubud. The staff was absolutely accommodating, genuinely friendly and treated us like family. The breakfast offered was top notch. Always made fresh to order and delicious. We left the property like we were ready to book another visit with 11 on Kajeng on the same day we left. We will be back, sooner than later. I definitely recommend this property to anyone and everyone! We love you 11 on Kajeng

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Not only was the room perfect (like the photos) and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. They arranged a private yoga class by the pool to meet our schedule and helped me book Grab taxis for the first time. They went above and beyond for us. The location is perfect to see Ubud , with the market just outside. So much to do within walking distance. We highly recommend and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Everything. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, made you feel welcome. Location was good, close to the town centre and Paddy fields, very quiet. Would highly recommend if staying in Ubud.

Not a single thing. This place is seriously amazing.

Wooow!!!!!!! What an incredible boutique hotel. Still pinching myself that I stayed here. Rooms are so beautifully decorated with every detail covered. Staff are so kind and caring, making sure I was ok and giving me tips. Looked after my every need. Perfect location, on the doorstep to all the good things Ubud has to offer. Can’t wait to visit again, it’s incredible!!!
