Rooms smelt little mouldy at first - but the staff addressed it after we told them

only 1 thing ... it seemed that there was 1 room (339) that constantly had the door open even if no-one was staying there and I found that a little disturbing ... is that room haunted by a ghost?

We thought the restaurant was poor, offering a very limited choice on the menu. Lack of alcoholic drinks in the restaurant was a major disappointment.

Reception very helpful with regards to extending our checkout and organising taxi to airport. Complementary fruit and drink in room appreciated.

This hotel is literally a cube. The lobby had no natural lights and it was hard to navigate at first. The window in the first room we received, to our surprise, opened to the hotel lobby. But we were quickly changed to a room with nicer view after asking the receptionist.

When it comes to considering your accommodation options, the Four Star at Trans Hotel is definitely worth mentioning. We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel from 25th March to 1st April, and we must say, our experience was exceptional. It's important to highlight that this was a business trip involving 51 students and 3 staff members. The fact that the rooms were pre-arranged before our group's arrival greatly contributed to the efficiency of our check-in process. It was incredibly fast and streamlined, allowing all members of our large group to settle in without any delays. Handling such a sizable group can be quite challenging, but the Four Star at Trans Hotel managed it with exceptional ease. From ensuring that all rooms were prepared and ready for our arrival to providing assistance throughout our stay, the hotel staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism and efficiency in managing group bookings. This seamless coordination undoubtedly enhanced our overall experience at the hotel. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring the satisfaction of all guests, regardless of group size. We were thoroughly impressed by their ability to cater to our needs and make our business trip a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel's facilities and rooms were also very satisfying. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities to make us feel at ease. Additionally, the hotel's other facilities such as the gym and swimming pool added to the enjoyment of our stay. Lastly, we must mention the hotel's location. The Four Star is situated in a convenient location with many restaurants and shopping mall nearby. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our stay at the Four Star at Trans Hotel. Their excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location made our trip perfect.

I felt it was dirty. The shower did not drain, so floated the bathroom. the room is very small and has a bad smell. I only stayed here as I could not find last minute accomodation. I would not stay here again

from staff to room everything was zero room has swollen floor you can’t walk make quicking noice …pics attached at receptionist asked for taxi for half day they started negotiating and told 500000 for half day and when we agreed they say pay cash only .. we agreed to it and asked receipt they refused and told no taxi available the girl on recieption said when we went for breakfast at 9:15 there was no food when asked for food and requested if they can make without egg as I am allergic they say chef busy have many for lunch you need to wait 30 mn .. we fail to understand guest on breakfast table is to be served first or lunch ? and time for breakfast is till 10
