The staff work very hard to keep the beach and water in front of the hotel clear of rubbish, but the plastics problem in Bali and Lombok is significant. They cleaned the sand and sea continually, but unfortunately they are fighting a losing battle.

Seven Secrets really exceeded our expectations. The location is great; it's tucked away at the end of a beautiful bay with white sandy beach and palm trees all around. The resort is small and intimate but provides all the facilities and services of larger resorts. The large infinity swimming pool overlooks the beach and there's plenty of day beds and shade, as there is along the front of the beach. The free 15 minute welcome massage was excellent and the spa facilities are top class, as is the gym. Breakfast is included and it's sumptuous. We ate at the resort every night of the seven we there and didn't nearly get through all the items of the menu. On the first night they told us that if there was something not on the menu to just tell them and they would arrange for the chef to make it. There's a good range of local, Asian and Western food and plenty of vegetarian options. The grilled seafood platter was a highlight. And then there's the cocktails...delicious, but be warned, they are strong! There's plenty of space to sit along the beachfront and watch the amazing sunsets across the water over Bali. The resort is owned by an architect and it shows. The design is gorgeous, paying a lot of attention to detail, taking the natural environment into account and making great use of the space. The rooms are huge and have big balconies with their own jacuzzi. The indoor/outdoor showers are some of the best I've ever seen. Comfortable beds and excellent stereo speakers for music. But I've saved the best for last - the staff. Gardeners, house-keeping, spa attendants, security, reception, food and beverage staff, and management were all top notch. They were friendly, professional and genuinely cared that we were having a good time. There were so many little touches and we really felt sad to leave. The location and facilities make it hard to criticise this resort, but the staff make it impossible :) Thanks everyone!

Very friendly and attentive staff made us feel truly welcome. The intimate scale of this hotel is very unique. The beachfront location is beautiful and the entire property looks fantastic. Lovely swimming pool. The snorkeling tour was amazing and the food was delicious. Our children also really enjoyed our stay at Seven Secrets by Hanging Garden

Wow...just wow! Me and my partner received absolutely exceptional service! The staff here make you feel like royalty! I've never received such exceptional service anywhere else i have stayed and i have stayed in 5* resorts/villas! The staff are friendly, well mannered, and attentive. They go above and beyond to ensure you have an absolutely pleasant stay! I can't fault anything. Sultan, Winda, Astia and Fahmi were great! Siti and Putri also gave great massages. The head of staff was also great! I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely return again in the future. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and so are the villas!

Dinner service was sometime slow, but we’ve had time to enjoy the view. Dinner is good but pricey compared to similar quality elsewhere in Indonesia. That said some beach restaurants are around and you could eat grilled fish 6 x less expensive if you’re not afraid to walk and eat with locals. ;-)

This is a little paradise. You wouldn’t want to share the address to make sure you keep it for yourself 😋. First of all, the staff was literally amazing. Everyone will do everything they could to make your stay memorable. The place is gorgeous, and we are keeping wonderful memories from Seven Secrets. All the family enjoyed the atmosphere, breakfast and tea time that were delicious. We’ve tested the spa and it was one of the best massage I had in my 5 weeks trip in Indonesia 😁. The room was cleaned twice a day. The beds are comfortable and the amenities were as described. Thanks for all the little touches and details. We’re looking forward coming back.

The variety of food selection in the restaurant can be improved.

Seven Secrets has super friendly staff, who always try to help you and fulfill your wishes. The resort is in a beautiful location and scenic beach with a must see sunset experience. Obviously it's quite expensive to stay here, but definitely worth it.

This place is a true piece of paradise. Located at a beautiful and clean white sand beach. Very friendly and helpful staff and clena, spacious rooms. Breakfast might have been the best we've had in any hotel or resort. The fact that the resort is relatively small adds to the charm. Spectacular sunset with Bali's mount Batur as a backdrop.

Restaurant menu was a bit limited at the time of our stay. But our feedback was openly considered and improvements implemented immediately. A new menu is already worked on, also offering more local food options.

We experienced very motivated, extremely friendly and very helpful staff. 👍 The food tasted very good. The resort is modern, has a very large pool and jacuzzis. The massages were great, too. It’s a beautiful and quiet location with the most beautiful sunsets.

Magical atmosphere, out of this world experience, lovely boutique-hotel located in a beautiful bay in Lombok, sea perfect for kayak, snorkeling and swimming. The coral was not exceptional but we saw beautiful fish and turtles a couple of times. We truly enjoyed the close location to the local village which made the experience truly authentic by getting to know the local people and their lives. The hotel is beautifully designed, spacious rooms with lovely interior, big swimming pool and a nice garden. High-end cuisine, though more local Indonesian options would be welcomed. The afternoon tea is a treat! Great spa, more massage choices would be great. Huge thanks to the whole reception team for everything, the driver for our trips, Sunan and Sultan for the great service, Zazu for the magical fishing experience. Staff felt like a big family with a true team spirit, never experienced similar anywhere before. We would definitely would like to come back again. Thanks, Thanks, thank again. We ate from the restaurant one evening and were disappointed by the calibre of food compared to the breakfasts we had received.

Beautiful experience, we loved everything from the welcome massage and welcoming staff to the calibre of room and overall relaxing experience. We went at the start of the season in April and as a result had the place largely to ourselves. The breakfast food and selections were excellent and the afternoon tea was a nice touch. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in , would be back in a heart beat!!!

The hotel location is a bit far from the nearest town, 20 minutes by drive.

The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. From the beautiful food, to amazingly decorated rooms, pool, and beautiful empty beach. The staff goes beyond to fulfill every wish of the guest. The tranquility of this place is just what a person needs to relax the mind and soul.

The distance from the airport is about 90 minutes to the resort, but already the shuttle service is great experience! The northern part of Lombok is simply awesome, worth to travel the distance.

Hi end resort, finest materials, designer furniture/ technical equipments, first class kitchen and the most friendly staff. Very clean private beach, huge pool and jacuzzi included. Spa facility and massage is a must! One of the best experience in the last years with the best sunset at Lombok!

Everything was wonderful

Many thanks to the staff of Seven Secrets for the comfortable staying Summary of adventures 1. Excellent cuisine, including breakfast A’la Carte 2. All members of staff speak English quite well 3. Your room is cleaned twice a day: when you have breakfast and when you have dinner 4. The room is completely thought out: enough space for all your belongings, a big terrace with a jacuzzi (we didn’t use it though, as we preferred the ocean and the swimming pool), table and sun beds like near swimming pool. 5. First beach line, beach is cleaned every morning 6. There is a turtle center 5 min from the hotel. We swam with turtles accompanied by guys from the center. A lot of emotions:-) 7. You can get to all the Gili islands easily. 15 min and 2 USD by taxi to the port and then 15 min and 2-5 USD (depending on the type of boat) by boat. We came to Gili several times for a whole day for snorkeling and lunch. Obviously, we got help on every request we made, from the team of the hotel. Our warmest words of thanks to everybody! The hotel is fully 5*. Staying here is worth the money. And many thanks for the presents: last dinner on the beach and national masks🥰 Gladly recommend!

Besides the magnificent facilities, what makes this property stand out is the caring team, in particular Mr Deny who went above and beyond to give us a memory to cherish for a long time to come. If it is Zen and Relaxation you are after when visiting the West Coast of Lombok, i can only recommend this property. People say it is the "Bali of 20 years ago" even though culturally different. Nature exploration a plenty. We didn't make it to the waterfalls, however a day trip to Gili T should be a must in your itinerary. Thanks again to everyone at Seven Secrets. We shall meet again!
