The pool was a bit mouldy and tired.

The quiet location was so convenient to the restaurants, beach and other attractions. The spa was fabulous and the staff were so accommodating and friendly.

Breakfast at hotel is just OK. The hotel was quite outdated and the pictures on the site does not reflect this. There were times when there was no hot water, or it took a while to turn on. I did note this place is accessible with ramps and lifts for ease of mobility.

Thanks to all staff members at Abian Hotel who made our stay so safe, positive and enjoyable. They are to be commended for assisting us when our private tour was cancelled, and the manager in charge offered assistance by organising a driver for the day to do other tours to make up the day. The hotel is a short walk to boutiques, convenient stores, restaurants, and Sanur beach. We spent most of our stay outside, and only spent the late evenings at hotel. Any other requests we made were accommodated for such as extra towels and laundry service. Recommend this place for adults looking for a safe, accessible, convenient hotel.

Had to change one of the rooms. Mouldy and bugs. Staff worked all day cleaning. Moved to another room immediately upon request. Rooms tending to be damp.

Property is dated and shows it . Dining area small and hard for patrons and staff to work with .

Some parts need to be refreshed ( some painting, bamboos on some walls,…) , the breakfast presentation may be slightly improve with a local wood table and some decorations.

A good place to stay as it is very well localized. The staff was really nice! We would like to thank Indri at the reception also Lasmi for the great massage techniques. A big thank to all the staff for their professionalim and kindness ( breakfast, tools, pool bar,….). Last but not least, a big thank you to Arsa for his great management. Needs more cleaning. Pool needs to be cleaned and scrubbed down. Lots of algi residue around the pool. Algie around the pool seats cocktail bar. Breakfast should be upgraded.

The fridges in two of our rooms totally froze everything. Milk was a solid block so couldn't be used.

Lacked a bit of sun when around the pool. You just have to move around in the pool to get it. So, it's not really an issue

The Roof Top Deluxe room originally booked was unacceptable. The bathroom smelled like sewer gas. On the following day, the staff moved us to a downgraded Superior room, which was much better. The Roof Top room was described as 'city view', which means the bedroom-sized balcony (with a refrigerator and table, no chairs) overlooks a very busy street, making the room very noisy. Our Superior room was pool view and quiet.

As there is construction work happening there at the moment there was some noise at times which wasnt actually too bad and only at reasonable hours to be honest. The works did cause some trouble with the water system and our shower didnt have any water flow a couple of times but it was back running again quick enough each time. The internet in our room was undetectable for our devices but we just hooked in to the next room very easily and there was no real issue there. Would've like to have a hair dryer and a microwave in the room

The staff were so kind and lovely and helpful and so nice to our son. The breakfasts were good and our room was nice and big. The bed was comfortable and our room was always kept clean. The pool was nice and they had a a few toys for the kids. The hotel spa was great and we loved using the facilities. The spa workers were amazing and they offer lots of different treatments which was great.
