You had us your towel for showering and the pool not good at all

How you can turn the bathroom light switch you can turn the lights on by pushing the bottom of the plate not safe my 6 year old grandson and daughter and wife and me could of got electricaucted not safe at all

Noisy about cats

The shower and basin drains was blocked and even though they tried to fix it, it didn't help. The tv doesn't function, to see the news.

It was not a place I would ever go back to. The bathroom was filthy and no hot water (even though they had hot water)

The location is closed to beach and city centre (Bajra Sandhi Renon, etc)

The bathroom smell bad

The location is good as it's only a short walk to the beach front and the centre of Sanur. The hotel itself was quiet with no noise from the other guests and although it's on the main road, I couldn't hear the traffic. It was also very cheap but the poor rating will explain why that is the case!

The bathroom was awful. Mouldy, a deep smell of damp, the wooden mirror frame was totally rotten and there was a cockroach in the bathroom on the morning I was leaving. The bedroom was Ok and the bed was comfortable, but the rest of the room definitely need at least a lick of paint.

Room smelt of moth balls, aircon just circulated the smell. No hot water, bed was uncomfortable linen, towels and pillows have past use by date. Pool was dirty.

We had to leave and find another place. Our room here smelt like cigarettes and was dirty, plus the door to the room was very broken. They moved us to another room and the cigarette smell was even worse, there was no way i could have put my head on a pillow in that room. The stairwell to get to the rooms had wet muddy floors, my daughter fell over it was so slippery. I don't leave bad reviews and I feel I am not super fussy, we like cheap and easy, but this place was really bad unfortunately.

the beds were fairly comfortable, it was a comfortable walking distance to the shopping centre and was near a busy road so plenty too see nearby. The tv had streaming platforms which made the stay so much better. Very good price but you pay for what you get.

The floor of our room was filthy, we never walk with shoes but had to for our room. Beside my bed was a burnt cigarette among the rest of the dirt and the bathroom was questionable they had to come and fix our toilet mid stay. The internet was also very slow.
