Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

A small yet very luxurious hotel with truly outstanding staff. A big thank you to the reception team, especially Mr. Wira, Ms. Wulan, Ms. Gusti, and Mr. Yasa, for their kindness and professionalism. We had a wonderful family stay in a hotel that truly renews your energy and makes you feel warmly welcomed. The TableSpoon restaurant serves à la carte dishes (not a buffet) with excellent quality. The menu could be a little more varied, but the food is delicious and the staff are simply amazing. A truly delightful experience that we highly recommend!

This is mine third stay with this brand Adiwana Hotels in Ubud and everything was according to their standards. Hotel is very comfy, kind staff, rooms clean and spacious, still looking very new. Location is perfect for me. Within walking distance from the center, but far enough from the rush. Also close to nice walks further north.

Saudi ArabiaNothing. It’s a small resort . So just need to manage ur expectation. And road leading in and out of resort are always congested.
Staff were amazing .. always greeting with good attitude. Room was very spacious and beds were comfy. Restaurant was good with nice selections for breakfast or lunch/dinner. They had only one . Location is good too about 25 min walk from Ubud center. Hotel also provide daily shuttle services to Ubud center.

United StatesAlthough the property is on one of the main roads in Ubud and not far from the city center, it was not walkable with the number of cars/motorcycles on the road.
The staff was wonderful, very attentive and helpful. The property was beautiful and the two bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 5. The included breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious. We would stay here again.
