United KingdomThe restaurant was set up badly, with half the seat being with the back to the view. One evening there was a private show at the restaurant, very noisy and probably a nice show, however it did make other guests feel unwelcome in the only restaurant on site and there was no advance notice. The food was horrible. Very touristy and bland, not many options for either food or drinks. After first night we decided to order from outside for everything apart from breakfast. The food was by far the most expensive of any of the 7 hotels we stayed at in Bali - and the worst. The view from most windows was a wall, only 1 window at the front room had any view. While it technically was a sea view it was only visible from that room, not from the bedroom or the pool. We booked a message, which was nice. It was however the bath package, which ended with a shared bath - which for a mother and teenage daughter is just weird. We had expected that as 2 people booking 2 different packages, we would get separate rooms, especially since the hotel was well aware that we were not a couple. The jet bathtub in the room was very disgusting, when we started it it spewed mucky and very foul-smelling water out, so we have to empty the bath and fill it again. It definitely hadn't been properly cleaned in a while.
The beds were big and the room the same. The pool did get some sunlight in the morning so was a nice place to cool down.

AustraliaThere was not much I didn't like. The property is a little further away from the main road/action but was not an issue once we hired a scooter. No kitchen with plates or cutlery but you can simply request from the front desk and staff are quick to drop off to you.
The one bedroom villa was beautiful, very spacious with a large private infinity pool. The staff were so friendly, professional and helpful, especially with helping us to book a scooter during our stay. The gardens on the property were stunning and very well kept. We had great views of the sunrise from our room which were stunning.The many complimentary bottles of water in the fridge was a great touch. I highly recommend this property and would stay again!

AustraliaWe could only find one power point to share between us. With two people amd multiple rechargeable devices, this was a little tricky. As we were checking out we found one hidden behind long curtains in a baseboard. Other than this, I cannot fault the facilities :)
The villas were totally private. Beautifully appointed, clean and most of your needs were considered. The gardens and surrounds were gorgeous and inviting. The staff could not have been more helpful! Always willing and able to answer questions. We had a problem with our pool on the first night. We were promptly offered another villa which was exactly the same. Would definitely stay there again of we were in that area. If you dont mind being away from the central area of Uluwatu, its a good place to stay. Lovely and quiet. The complimentary breakfast had lots of options.

United KingdomBreakfast was just …. Ok. Location wasn’t the best, quite a long walk to the main road and then there’s not much there. It was very easy to get ‘grab’ bikes and cars from there though. Biggest disappointment was house keeper who asked how we would get to airport, I said grab taxi. He said he could take for 35’000 IDR. I checked how much it was on ‘Grab APP’ and it was 120’000 IDR. So his price seemed very cheap. I checked price, yes 35’000, I was told. On arrival we gave him 100’000 and said keep the change. But he said it was 350’000. I explained this wasn’t what was agreed and it’s only 120’000 on grab. There’s no way I misheard him originally, he clearly said ‘thirty five’ thousand, but was now saying three hundred and fifty thousand. We gave him another hundred and told him he wasn’t getting any more and what he was doing was deceitful. It was such a shame a great stay here was spoilt by the dishonesty of this person hiding behind the excuse that maybe I didn’t understand him. If you plan on going here, you’ll have a great relaxing time at villa, but use Grab to get to airport.

We were only staying 1 night and did not have time to notify the staff and move rooms before heading out to an event but I maintain this should be something that is checked prior to booking someone in a room.

The whole property is absolutely beautiful, and villas are perfect. Made for a very nice honeymoon setting. All facilities like aircon etc were in great condition so our stay was very comfortable. Staff are all very friendly. Breakfast was simple but satisfying.

Beautiful grounds and friendly staff. Lovely Balinese style accomodation with great bathroom facilities. Nice pool and provided blow up rings which was a nice touch. Lots of bottled water supplied which we appreciated as nowhere near by to purchase more. Good breakfast buffet.

I would've walked but was advised against it. An onsite shuttle to and from the main street cafe strips would work at a small fee per person instead of relying on taxis all the time.
