The bikes could have used some maintenance but it was great to have them.

Location, and size. Loved the outdoor bathroom and the private patio. Pool was nice Comfortable beds and bedding, Nice big rooms and liked that you could open the doors right up to feel connected to the outside and get some fresh air. Landscaping was beautiful and the staff kept the poolside and rooms immaculate.

Very thick pillows without an option for thinner ones. Granted I didn't ask so maybe they have an option available

We had a great stay at Akana. Rooms are very clean, nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and professional. Nice pool and breakfast Also they provide bicycles and day bed at the beach.

My only dislike was that the rooms facing the road were subject to road and music noise, but wearing earplugs helped me as I’m a light sleeper.

We loved the small boutique feel of this hotel, didn’t have to battle lots of others to get breakfast or visit the swimming pool. We loved the breakfast, they even had a separate vegan options menu and we were catered for very well. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the bed and the shower was great too! Great location within walking distance to many amazing local warungs and a great massage spa 100m up the road.

Central location. Beautiful staff willing to assist with anything. Spacious room , clean facilities. Great bar and restaurant, nightly live music was a big plus. Special treatment for our honeymoon!

It is not the fault of Akana, but a family group from Australia did detract from our enjoyment around the pool. I was somewhat embarrassed to be from the same country and went elsewhere until they left.

The ambience and proximity to the hotel's beach lounges and wide range of restaurants, though Selada is absolutely excellent, well done chef

We were in a ground floor room but if we were allocated to an upper level, we didn’t see a lift. Other than that observation I couldn’t fault the Akana.

Pool was not very sunny and quite small, but really only a minor point.

Loved the location, clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Great breakfast included every morning. Lovely staff who were friendly and helpful, would stay again.

Sanur is more spread out than we realised so we didn’t realise how far away we would be from some restaurants etc that we wanted to try, however there are lots of great places nearby.

Very clean, modern and luxurious feel to the hotel. Lovely pool area. Sun loungers always available at the pool and beach. Staff are lovely and attentive. Breakfast was nice with a good range to choose from.

There wasn't much to dislike. If anything, it's about a 10 min walk to the beach, but that's being picky. Being extra picky, maybe bigger coffee cups 🍵

Had a poolside room which was extremely comfortable. The outdoor shower was fantastic. The breakfast was good, with a good selection and the coffee was perfect. We did not have a bad meal at this hotel Staff were wonderful & interacted with us

The quality of the breakfast and breakfast buffet needs improvement.

Great location, comfortable beds and pillows. The sun lounger section on the beach was also a big bonus. Lovely big bathroom in the downstairs deluxe pool access room.

The staff were incredible and all knew my name even if I hadn’t met them before, they made me feel very welcome even though I was staying for just one night. They organised a breakfast box for me because I was leaving early in the morning.

We found it was a little far out from the main area.

Comfortable, spacious room with good facilities. Breakfast was lovely, especially loved the coffee. Pool looked lovely but we didn't get a chance to use it.
