Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. TurkeyThe rooms were not so clean. Also the weather was always so dark and rainy, obviously not about the hotel. But for anyone considering this hotel, it is hard to find the sun shining in that jungle, if any. The weather is nice in the city center, but as you get closer to the hotel, it gets darker and darker 😁

IndiaThe rooms were slightly on the smaller side, and the washrooms didn’t have locks in them. Bus the shower didn’t have a door, so the entire washroom got wet when showering.
Though our stay was short, it was well looked after. The staff were extremely generous and helpful. Especially the ones who helped us reach our rooms and helped us out with the luggage.

United KingdomOnly negative is there are no ramps so if you have a pram/ stroller - you need to carry it as there are lots of steps to get everywhere.
The views were stunning! The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure you had a comfortable stay. It’s a bit further out from town, but taxis in are not so expensive/ the hotel also has a shuttle service.
