Amazing location. Picture perfect pool. Lived up to all the expectations. The staff were excellent especially the check in staff. The hotel is in excellent condition & the gardens are immaculate.

Living like in Jungle!. This is my 4th times staying in Alila, we would like to come back again in the future. Room is perfect, foods is delicious, the view is beautiful and the massage in a good hand ❤️. The staffs all very friendly. Thank you Alila!

Breakfast concept is little bit different, you have Al’a carte mixed with bufet, you can be lost for a sec but it’s all super delicious.

The rooms were not so clean. Also the weather was always so dark and rainy, obviously not about the hotel. But for anyone considering this hotel, it is hard to find the sun shining in that jungle, if any. The weather is nice in the city center, but as you get closer to the hotel, it gets darker and darker 😁

Wifi connection in the villa's toilet is not great lol.

Beautiful architecture blended into the natural landscape. Spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast (very tasty and also instagrammable). Delicious dinner at reasonable price.

It’s just slightly away from the main city but that’s also an advantage and makes it quieter. Also, the monkeys can be a bit mischievous

The staff is super kind and welcoming, we really felt at home. They all made an effort to accommodate our requests. The place is in the jungle, a fantastic getaway from all the crazy city lifestyle that many of us have. What a gem!

It is a very nice hotel very calm chill and very well located in Ubud It’s a very nice hotel group with an amazing facilities and very friendly stuff. They give us an upgrade when we arrive and everyone was very friendly. Me and my friend were a little bit sick and they were very friendly and professional from the first second it is my second time there I really recommend Hotel

Service was excellent and its surrounding natural beauty is amazing.

The rooms were slightly on the smaller side, and the washrooms didn’t have locks in them. Bus the shower didn’t have a door, so the entire washroom got wet when showering.

Though our stay was short, it was well looked after. The staff were extremely generous and helpful. Especially the ones who helped us reach our rooms and helped us out with the luggage.

Only negative is there are no ramps so if you have a pram/ stroller - you need to carry it as there are lots of steps to get everywhere.

The views were stunning! The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure you had a comfortable stay. It’s a bit further out from town, but taxis in are not so expensive/ the hotel also has a shuttle service.

My daughter says “no water slides” lol. In all seriousness, for two kids 11 & 5 it was great, the staff were very good, and they relaxed and loved the pool and room
