Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Japani paid for two nights. but I stayed one night then moved to the other hotel.
all electric equipment condition was poor. the elevator was so slow. the key of door didn’t work. the safety box didn’t work. in addition the roof top bar closed.
