We arrived about 9.30 to 10pm, & still needed to have dinner. Reception could not help us as the kitchen was closed, not even for a lite snack as my wife needed to eat something in order to take her medication. The bedroom door did not close & seal properly, rattled all night & the room was not very clean.

The room that I stayed in needs to be renovated especially the bathroom. The sinks were outdated and rusty. there was some type of stain on half the mirror. The shower door didn’t close properly so there was a lot of water on the floor. My room faced the street and it was very loud.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good.

Cleanliness of my first room at first floor upon arrival was terrible. Bunch of hair in the shower room, no hot water, curtain fall off. But after asking for room move, i got better room at 5th floor facing to toll road which is slightly cleaner and fresher.

Didn't look like the photos advertised but good enough. Bike rental here is way more expensive than other places (about 50k a day)

Location was great, close to some decent restaurants and spas, also the airport. Room was very spacious. The pool was nice.

It appears that the hotel’s maintenance standards are lacking. We experienced several instances where the water supply was interrupted. It seems that the building itself requires a comprehensive maintenance overhaul.

Breakfast was excellent, and the location was good, although it is a bit of a drive from the beaches. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were generally good and efficient.

Room was very very poorly maintained. It was not as pictured on the site... Holes in ceiling dripping water, shower screen door hanging off the hinges, multiple holes in walls, all furniture cracking and splitting, NO HOT water for shower or bath, shower head broken, no extra toilet rolls, kettle was broken, no teaspoons for tea/coffee station, front door frame was pulling off the wall also no safe in room, exposed power cords and bathroom did not could slide shut... Stair case had multiple broken tiles.. We left 2 days early

Could use some updates, but did notice they were starting those when I left. Air conditioning units on the balcony make them very hot, depending on which side you're on..

What a wonderful affordable place to stay. Not 5 start luxury, but does what it needs to. Would stay here again. Staff were brilliant and attentive to any requests. Food exceptional. Away from the hustle and bustle of kuta, but close enough to go there daily for a few $$ in a grab.

The service, i said the telephone is broke, they dont send any reaction, they forget put the new towel, so i must always went to the reception to ask something, the hotel is old fashion and not mainteined as use to be

The property is not very well maintained, yes it is clean & seems to be maintained at glance, but if you try to look it in a more detail inspection you will notice; you could see that some of the bamboo gates are missing, the lift is old, the curtain looks okay at first but if you noticed the inner part, oh it was torn, things like that. Super sad to see this beautiful property in that kind of condition. I hope the management will improve the maintenance of the property.

Many facilities in the room are not working, like kettle, and hair dryer, and the private pool is so dirty. there are leaves and insects body in the water. Limited to 2 bottles of water per day but the staff never tell me, the first day i requested water, the staff never say anything, however the 2nd day i requested, they asking for RP10k each bottles. WOuld really appreciate proper communication.

Hello, I regret to write this complaint as I don’t usually complain when I go and stay in hotels. However me and my partner are not happy with our stay at your establishment. We have had an amazing time in Bali for our anniversary. The last two days we wanted to spend it on your establishment and have a relaxed time in Nusa Dua. However this was not the case. When we walked in the receptionist did not give us a warm greeting she did not look like she wanted to be there. We then asked about laundry service and the receptionist said it will be done in the morning. We then proceeded to our room. Once we were there I had to go and get the receptionist and she did not look happy I was asking for her help. The room was unclean as seen from the pictures. The bed sheet was dirty and had yellow stains on it. The floor had ants crawling on it. The table had a stain. There was a used glass in the fridge and cobwebs. This is not what we expected coming to stay in a 4 star establishment. I am disgusted. We even asked if the pool could be cleaned for us as we wanted to spend the two days just relaxing at your establishment before our flight. We ended up going out for the days we were there as the place was not clean at all. The toilet had stains on it too. This is not the standard we expected. We ordered room service a few old fish was given and my burger was uncooked. As seen in the pictures. Again not the standard we were expecting . At breakfast time we came for breakfast at around 9am again the female members of staff were huddled together and when asked if there will be any more food that would be severed the female with the skirt spoke to me in a rude manner and said I should have come earlier. This was not spoke about before again times were told breakfast was between 7am to 10am. I then spoke about how everything is finished we have paid for breakfast she then proceeded to make some noodles.

The room is dirty by itself (not dependent on cleaning), and many things are just simply broken (I was not able to close the window, and different bugs "were welcome" to my room). Also every night in my toilet two cockroaches appeared. WIFI was down if a lot of people were in the hotel. Pool is so cold... Will live there if the price will be decreased in 3 times.

Absolutely disgusting place to stay. We booked 3 rooms and all three of them were filthy and full of mould! The rooms smelt horribly of mould and the furniture was stained all over. The door to the private pool wouldn't close or lock and would swing as if it were off the tracks constantly. We tried the breakfast buffet only to find that bugs were crawling all over the food and the bread was mouldy! When we approached staff about this they simply removed a couple of slices of bread with the worst mould and left everything else! We asked for the rooms to be cleaned and nothing was done. We left the hotel early as it was so disgusting that we could not stay there. We asked for a refund due to the condition of the place and after giving us weeks of run around, we are now just being ignored. I would not recommend any person ever use this hotel!!!!!
