Very nice, cosy, modern, clean and comfortable room containing everything we needed. Very clear instructions and smooth communication with the friendly host, was able to improvise/accomodate our request to store some luggage. Supermarket in the building was very convenient.

Marium our host was kind enough to answer via video call to find the property and the keys. She offered me to take me to the hospital as I was sick on my last day prior to checking out. She also allowed us to stay two hours extra on compassion reasons. The property is very close to the airport. That was the reason I liked it and chose to stay there. Restaurants are in abundance around with a taxi ride in proximity

Excellent little place - spotlessly clean and well kept. Mariam, the host, is amazing - always replies really quickly and so helpful with any requests or questions. The view is lovely and the pool you can use is huge and really well kept. It’s a 5-10 minute walk back out of the complex and across the footbridge past another tower to get to main avenue with shops and restaurants and a little way up that road is PIK mall with plenty of shops and restaurants too. 30-40 min drive into central Jakarta and taxis are cheap (download the ‘Grab’ app). Take your own towels for the pool. The only slight thing I would say is that there are just fairly see through blinds on the window - they don’t block out any light so the balcony light that is on until late at night (centrally controlled by the complex so you can’t turn it off) and then day break etc, the light floods in & no way to block it out. Would be good to have proper curtains or full blinds.

Clean and comfortable room with a nice balcony and view, great building located strategically between PIK 1 and PIK 2 main attractions. No shortage of dining options, very easy for Grab to pick up or deliver food. The building has a really nice swimming pool. In the late afternoon there might be more children. The owner was very friendly, quick in communication, and accommodating. WiFi, AC, and hot water worked perfectly. I don’t know what else you can ask for?

This is my first time staying in a hotel room that feels like home. The room is clean, fragrant, full of decorations like a private room and the outside view is super. A highly recommended room if you want to stay around Pantai Indah Kapuk.

The only negatives were the pillows were not that comfy and only two pillows on the double bed. Also the cleaner knocking on the door at exactly 11am to make sure we were out was a little strange.

This apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, it is in an excellent location where all the shops and restaurants of PIK are just a short walk away. A great view from the balcony where you can see city lights and the planes coming in. CGK International airport is just 15 minutes away and the beautiful PIK mall is a 7 minute walk. Very easy to get Grab Taxis as well

The studio is so new and equipped with everything although the size is small, but the facilities, the comfort, the balcony view, the swimming pool, hot water, aircond everything is so good! The host even had a universal adaptor which we completely forgot to bring. Feel so lucky and enjoyable.

Location is really good, 20 mins to airport We’ve chosen the area as we had an early flightIt has everything from Gym to swimming pool. We stayed for 2 nights and we walk to fresh market and take grab to go to china town and Aloha within 10 mins drive

I didnt like that I didnt have time to check out the facilities. Lol. The pool looked really nice.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Great for single, couple or small family of 3 pax. It is compact but has everything you will need. Accurate as per photos posted by host. There is a small balcony facing the pool and sea. Utensils, bowls and cups are provided. This is important if you order food delivery as they usually come in plastic packets. You will find washing machine, stove, microwave, fridge and Netflix provided as well. 2 bottles of mineral water was provided as well. The location is within PIK so it is very convenient for food and travelling to airport. Host was very responsive so checking in and out is a breeze.

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Not particularly large but perfectly adequate for a few nights. Communication with the owner was excellent, check-in and checkout without any problems
