Excellent location - close to beach, icon and night market. Pool and lounge area is lovely, with plenty of seating and lounges to relax in your own or as a group. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, and made up for us daily. Towels, pool towels, and the linen were all fresh, and good quality. We especially liked the large bar fridge in our room, ensuring we always had somewhere for our cold drinks and snacks. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Good location close to Icon Bali and lots of restaurants. Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Front office team was very helpful while housekeeping team was efficient in the daily cleaning. Owners also own the Luhtu Cafe and Ayu Spa on the beachfront, so they are kind of a service extension to the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

No window hence have to open sliding glass door for fresh air (this is quite common in the properties I have recently stayed in). Also had to leave the air extractor in the bathroom ON to prevent a smell in the room. Pillows were lumpy, perhaps due to dryer.

The location was perfect, just a minute walk from the beach with many cafes and restaurants to choose from.. also The Icon shopping centre is only 3 minutes along the Esplanade... there is a warung directly opposite the hotel that serves fabulous meals and cheap drinks... and it closes at 9pm, so does not disturb the guests.. The pool was very clean and the rooms were spacious and well kept. Sindu night market is 4 minutes away, for very cheap meals and souvenirs..

My only concern was there was no net across the lovely very big front window of the room, meaning that unless you closed the full curtain, everybody could see straight into the room, and the bed was only 1 metre from the window.... my room was in a high traffic area of the hotel and I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time..🫤

Breakfast was lovely at their restaurant Luhtus, choice of American or Indonesian daily. Pool was very clean, as was the property Rooms are nice and large Reception staff allowed me to borrow iron, ironing board, scissors, very accommodating

Kettle, tea and coffee were perched on top of the small fridge and really needed to be in a more accessible position given the size of the room Very lumpy pillows

Our shower was only cold to luke warm, our friends in another room had plenty of hot water? This was the only reason I gave less than excellent

The room was spacious and very clean. The garden was beautifully maintained and full of tropical plants. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. There were also bike rental shops close by, and we rode along the beach every day. There's even a sea turtle conservation center nearby, which we enjoyed visiting daily.

The only downside was that the room door didn’t seal completely, and the balcony was connected to the neighboring room with only a screen in between. Unfortunately, when our neighbors smoked on their balcony, the smoke would drift into our room. We had to endure secondhand smoke for several days, even while sleeping, which was quite unpleasant.
