We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It’s near the airport and convenient to get food local. It have the prime location to explore and very near to airport.Accessible to get Grab/Gojek from airport. Easy to communicate with the staff, they are friendly and helpful.

SwitzerlandI didn’t expect much, but i thought i was a good price/value relation. Only when i arrived my room was humid and had some mosquitos inside. So i turned on the AC and the light only in the bathroom and opened the window in the bathroom as well, this solved the problem when i came back from dinner. So i had a quiet sleep in the end (with earplugs because of the close airport).
Perfect location if you have an early flight leaving from SUB Airport (by car / Grab only 10min). Nice local restaurant in walking distance (Bebek Goreng).

Molt was everywhere, dark hair laying on the bed and shower, no clean sheets. Didn’t even look like they tried to clean. We left it was disgusting.
