Spacious room looking on to courtyard. Great location for getting to/from airport and is pretty central in Pangkalanbuun. Served typical Indonesian breakfast. Staff exceptionally friendly!

United StatesAlthough the room we were in was a non-smoking room, smoking is allowed on the property. They were not able to provide a king bed. The Room was advertised as having a view, but we only saw the side of another building (from room 204). It looks like the higher number rooms could see the gardens out their windows. Grab doesn't work great in this town, taxi from the airport was Rp100.000

Arsela was more luxury place than I'm used to. Very friendly and helpful staff helped to arrange my tour to nature park. Nice and very large room, also large yard with voices of jungle. Good restarurant.

AustraliaThere was no juice or yogurt for breakfast, which is a plus I think. They don't have shuttle transport from or to the airport although when you do the check out they can order you a taxi. There is shower gel in the shower but anything in the sink. It is an inconvenience to wash your hands.
Location very close to the airport as well as a supermarket. Buffet breakfast in the morning although they don't have much to choose from. Everything was very clean 😊 and the staff was very nice.
