No proper parking for our car, the security helped to get parking slot right in front of property Breakfast typical locals, and the dining hall too tiny to accommodate guests

Near the main road (jalan Thamrin) As we go for CFD (car free day). Many local food stall around the hotel. Friendly staff, & warm welcome attitude from the moment we enter the lobby, reception till we checking out. Clean property Simple & neat furniture

Ashly Sang is a good hotel that left me with a positive impression, The lobby and exterior designs are very attractive and welcoming. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Mila from the front office team, who kindly offered me a nice view room and was very attentive to all my inquiries. I hope that the entire team will have the opportunity to visit and stay at this hotel next time.

the smell of the lobby/breakfast area.... they have diffusers blowing a fragrance that is over-powering and to us very unpleasant. maybe some people would like it but to us it was like fly spray and had to cover our noses or hold our breath coming and going. breakfast a bit limited but ok to start the day with plenty of options nearby. but otherwise everything else was fine and i would still recommend the hotel

great location for food and access to city sights. short walk to shops and many food options, or to bus stop to get to other locations. room clean and beds comfy. staff great.

I can’t find anything that I do not like about the property as everything has currently reached my expectations from services, cleanliness and facilities.

I really love how the location is resided near the main city of Jakarta where it’s near to town areas such as Grand Indonesia, Thamrin City & Plaza Indonesia. As for the airport, it’s only a 40 minutes drive.

The breakfast area was full so some waiting time but it varies probably due to national holiday, so overall it is okay.

The place was clean and the employees were very accomodating as well as directing for parking. The room was clean and spacious as well as basic amenities was available.

the breakfast is boring, and the breakfast area quite small. understand during weekdays the breakfast choice would be limited. but, on weekends also is the same food as the weekdays. maybe can improve the menu during weekends. appreciate it!

the location is near to the mall, mart and restaurant. the staffs are very helpful and kind! one of the hotels that has the best staffs. love the smell at the lobby!

There is not much space for parking since the hotel located near food market (i think) so it mostly crowded. We were asked to park beside the hotel but the staff didn't informed us anything and got misunderstood with locals once we want to go out. It will be great if the hotel staff inform the guests beforehand to inform the local parking attendant when they want to go out. The tables and space in restaurant is not much either, sometimes we had to share the table with other guests. And there is a lot of beggar infront of the hotel.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff is really helpful. And the hotel on a food market street but we did not get a chance to buy some.
