Not very clear message about hair dryer hanging in the corner - but anyway not a big deal. And also - phone is also not working . So it’s a bit hard to communicate with staff but they have whatsapp ! Which is awesome . Not sure if they save previous / history message but they been asking for some question couple of times which is stated in the previous history chat . But yeah that’s about it .

No alla carte breakfast optoln in restaurant. Just buffet.

Location brilliant. Easy access to great restaurants and walking distance to 4 of Asia top 50 bars. The staff was absolutely amazing. Food at Copa was delicious and authentic. Gym.open 24h. Also, the access on TV to room dibe-in - Including 24h-alla carte Breakfast set menu - was excellent.

The lighting somehow it’s a bit dark for me, and there is a leaking in the plumbing i guess, I could hear the water drop at night, it’s a bit inconvenience.

The decor is quite unique and modern, it reminds me of the setting of my fav series Friends. It’s spacious, and very clean. The location is amazing, it’s in the Astha Building, there are so many trendy cafes and shops. We choose this hotel because we want to go for a walk at CFD (car free day) Sudirman, it’s perfect location.

Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is well located in the Sudirman district and on top of Ashta mall. The breakfast buffet is a great spread, the staff are attentive and remember you, and gym also has a lot of good facilities. The rooms are charming with a good view. Overall a great stay. Ps for those who do not know Sudirman has a car free day on Sunday mornings so cabs cannot come to the hotel. Would recommend getting a grab bike or walking out of the area before ordering a grab!

There are perks that lacking from a 5 star hotel in this price point. No proper shower, steam room, sauna, whirlpool in the pool/gym area as facilities for guests. They only have sauna reserved for spa guest. Not a fan of the very thin pillow. 1 is too thin, 2 on stack is too thick. This is also the first hotel that rejected us on phone when we asked for matches to light our birthday cake. But eventually they would provide after we went down and asked directly to front office. Not very 5-star-ish..

The room is beautiful, love the carpet, even though the sofa was a little bit awkward. Thank you for the cake on my birthday.

The pool only gets sun in the morning, and was very windy in the afternoon, so not ideal if you're wanting lazy afternoons sunbaking by the pool.

Great hotel. The design and decor is interesting, comfortable, and classy. My room had a great view over the pool and city. Bed was very comfortable. I was travelling alone and felt very safe and relaxed. I had a drink and a meal at the hotel bar which I also really enjoyed. The hotel connects to a shopping mall, so it's very easy to get into the shopping section.

It gets trickier at night because they close the pedestrian access if you walk from SCBD. I was forced to walk to Basement Lvl 2 in order to reach the lobby. Suggestion to management, please think through on this accessibility especially when the mall isn't opened yet.

The location of the property is inside the Ashta complex, where you get both connectivity from Senopati street and from SCBD street. I really like the look and simple-elegant design of the interior. Everything is really comfortable.
