MalaysiaLocation might be a bit outskirt of city centre. If you take Grab, its abt 40mins to city centre during off peak time. But its easy to get taxis fr the hotel.
We stayed in tripple room, quite spacious for 3 adults. Love the pillows and bed 👍 All the staff are very polite and helpful. There is a small indomaret store at grd floor which is convenient. Buffet breakfast was great, they change a few menu on diff days.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly and approachable when need their assistance.

Brunei Darussalam1. it's difficult to separate from my friends since there's only 1 key for the lift. it's nice to have two room keys, but it's a bit of a bummer there's only 1 key that controls the lift. 2. our toilet hose leaks 3. our telephone is not working 4. our room's card somehow loses it's sensor or something that the power constantly cut in our room 5. we prepared our laundry for house keeping, and by the time we return, they didn't take our laundry (reason being, they didn't came to our room at 10am) 6. the lobby if possible make it cool (or let the guest to rest at 25th floor) while waiting for their room to be ready. 7. Nice that the hotel implements water dispenser, but it's difficult sometimes to bring our bottle.
Love the 25th floor's breakfast venue and the spread is also nice and plenty. our room is also great and spacious for 3 single beds.

IndonesiaThe lobby is quite far which is on the 25th floor. So it's a bit unusual. It's quite far to get down to the building lobby area (you need to take the elevator from 17th floor and above). But it's still ok. I wish the hotel will provide a bigger water jug to reduce the number of times needed to go to the water dispenser in the hall/alley.
I went there to watch a music festival at JIEXPO. The hotel location is convenient from the festival venue. It's only 5 minutes driving. We didn't get to try their breakfast because we did not book for that, when I passed by the restaurant area, the buffet was great. The price for meals for room service is excellent. The room is very very spacious, so it's very comfortable. We booked for a twin bed. I feel like the bed is quite small compare to the usual twin bed I experienced, but the bed is comfortable. It is also easy to operate the movie applications on the smart TV. The check in was seamless and the staff made it very easy and convenient for us.
