When I check in, hotel was very considerate. They gave me a room that they think will suit my needs. However, I ask to change the room and they immediately they change the next day when they have available room. They staff also extremely helpful with packages I keep receiving. They even help me pick it up from bike delivery far off lobby area.

MalaysiaThe sound from the karaoke room can be heard from my room (level 5, room560). And also from the convention centre. It’s too loud that my baby had a hard time sleeping. Apart from the noises, everything was perfect, no doubt.
The location is strategic, walking distance to convenient store, easy to find food. Free parking for guest. All the staff were very helpful & friendly. Breakfast spread was delightful. So many local dishes served which i love.

Huge buffet selection for breakfast suitable for most people regardless of their dietary requirements. The hotel has several restaurants that offer a good variety of food options for lunch and dinner. Plus the Garden Lounge has alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages available together with food options. Live music is always relaxing. Come to see for yourself.

United StatesThe indoor dining area was chaotic and noisy. Dining at the bar was less hectic but smoking is allowed, so there wasn't a place to have a quiet non-smoking meal indoors. Staff could have explained better that the gym was closed for ramadan instead of pretending it was broken and/or the hotel could set up the musholla in another location so that the gym could be open for other guests.
The breakfast buffet was tasty, the rooms were comfortable and spacious - lots of space to relax and/or work. Excellent access to filtered drinking water with coolers in every hallway to reduce the use of plastic. Timely laundry service. Plentiful menu choices for dinner. Open air pool and outdoor dining area.

MalaysiaSomehow the toilet is tad clogged, and the ground floor it also smells bad like sewage. There is no view outside eventhough you book for room with view. Better book with balcony view at least you can see pianist playing piano @ ground floor.
Room service 24H, they can find you a cab, delicious meal, breakfast with a lot of choices, spacious room, comfy bed and comforter!

Our intention was already firm from the beginning wanted to have lunch at the hotel because we had never been there during our stay, when we arrived at DYNASTY (CHINESE FOOD) restaurant it was really disappointing and we didn't want to visit that restaurant again, starting from when we entered the restaurant we were not greeted, we sat down for more than 15 minutes, the employee didn't even give us a menu, even though there were several tables they were serving, it was obvious that they didn't want to approach our table, and also when we leave the restaurant they look at us and don't care. In the end we left the restaurant and complained to the reception to let them know to not be like that and treat the guests equally. But we chose to go back to our room and order go foods because I brought children(Niece) and parents. (the worst restaurant experience during my stay at any hotel)
