Noise of local construction close by not ideal in the mornings or up until 10PM. However, not terrible.

Lovely concept of outdoor/ indoor bathroom, sitting/ chill out room and open-plan kitchen backing into the outside pool. Hosts were attentive and helpful. Cool bedroom and large comfortable bed. Cleaned everyday.

I needed a double plug to use the microwave and still keep the water unit plugged in. Facewashers not provided but needed. Lack of amenities provided…tea bags, milk , kitchen towel, etc. I would have liked an actual bar of soap. My gas ring didn’t light, I felt it too dangerous to persevere. Due to the isolated location a breakfast would have been welcome and def included at the price. The stepping stones were not flush in the grass, I slipped off many times and it hurt. The location was a bit remote, I needed a gochek to go anywhere.

I loved the villa itself. Clean, spacious, glorious bathroom. The pool was beautiful. Great fridge and filtered water unit. Van was a delightful manager.

The location is a bit remote, so transport is needed to get around. The bathroom window had limited privacy, as it’s possible to see in from the other room—but only if you really try, so it wasn’t a major concern.

Beautiful villa with two rooms and a shared private pool. We had the whole place to ourselves as the other room was unoccupied. Peaceful and relaxing—wish we stayed longer! Bathroom was nice but the window lacked privacy. The location is a bit remote, but scooter rentals on-site made getting around easy.

Firstly, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. We booked this villa last minute and it was ready as soon as we arrived - thank you Van! The villa was everything we wanted. It was so clean, so spacious and the pool was incredible. We were honestly so sad to leave. There was no construction or noise whatsoever. Couldn’t recommend more!

Very clean and modern - perfect size for 2 people. Comfy bed and pillows, Villa cleaned and beds made daily, excellent communication from Arnold, he was able to accommodate to every request! And so very kind and polite. Central location and only short taxi or bike rides via Gojek to the heart of Uluwatu. Amazing overall and highly recommended

The property itself had no problems!! Just that there was construction directly behind us but the property couldn’t help that. And construction is everywhere at the moment in bingin so you can’t avoid it!

Lots of construction in the area and not overly sound proof. If you go to bed past 10pm though you’ll be fine or earplugs did the trick if you’re a light sleeper like me

Love the pool being right there. I just did not truly think about how the bathroom would be completely outside so when it rained it was hard. There is construction happening right behind our room so during the day even into the night the dust, and the sound was just a lot.

Property was clean and amazing, had a fridge and kitchen which was handy. Van the house keeper was exceptional and cleaned our villa daily so we would come back to a nice clean room. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Location was great being only 5 minutes by Grab to bingin and 10 minutes to Uluwatu

We came during the rainy season, because of that the bathroom area was a bit too moisty. The door handle to the bathroom needs a bit of repair. Other than that all was great.

The property is located just off one of the main streets in Uluwatu, a perfect quiet location for those who rent scooters. It is really well designed, beautiful and comfortable. The bed was great for us. The pool is clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and there for us 24/7

William and his team were amazing. The villa is so beautiful and has great facilities. The pool is great, air con and great wifi. It’s close to the centre and you can rent a bike next door. The team came and cleaned our room every day and were so lovely, friendly and helpful. Very quiet so no noise from traffic. Couldn’t recommend this accomodation more.
