Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SwitzerlandWe were kindly upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite – thank you so much for that! The room was beautifully designed and came with an extremely comfortable king-size bed. We slept like royalty. Breakfast did not disappoint and honestly reminded us of the one at Ayana Bali – such a great experience! The tennis court was also in great condition and a lot of fun to use. A special shout-out to the entire staff – everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and warm. You can really feel the genuine hospitality here. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

NetherlandsThere isn't much to dislike at this price level but for the mattress which was on the hard side for me. But that's more a matter of preference than that there's anything wrong with this per se. Personally I find services like courtesy calls from staff to ask if I need anything and like the room a nuisance. Especially when I have actually indicated not to be disturbed (there's a button you can press for that which I would assume the system downstairs informs the staff also of).
This is an excellent, very large hotel. It is within walking distance of a mall and several office complexes. Since our meetings were mainly there it was all very handy. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, great views, and with large bathrooms. All in all it is pretty much what you would expect and also pay for.

IndonesiaWhile the breakfast and restaurant prices were fair for what was offered, we did find that the overall price of the food was on the higher side. Also, a small detail—but we noticed a bit of dust on the bedside lamps and ceiling fixtures. A quick polish on those little areas would really elevate the overall cleanliness.
We almost booked somewhere else but stumbled upon this gem—and I’m SO glad we did! This hotel was a quiet oasis and the perfect getaway for our family. The rooms were lovely and offered great amenities for the price. As a young family, we especially appreciated the thoughtful facilities like the pool and kids' area. While we’d love to see the kids' activity space expanded in the future, our little one still had a great time! The staff were another highlight—always welcoming, friendly, and truly seemed happy to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. We’ll definitely be saving this place to return to again!
