Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Belgiumthe pool was closed for maintenance work. fully understand that this is occasionally necessary, but very disappointing that this was not mentioned by the hotel managers when the stay was booked. this is misleading and even unfair. Moreover, it would be useful that at least someone could speak English as a second language, at the reception and in the restaurant. this could improve significantly the communication and could avoid misunderstandings for foreign guests.
a beautifully landscaped garden in which several villas in authentic Javanese style are located. The lobby, restaurant and living areas contain many artefacts and old furniture. there is a quiet relaxed atmosphere. the view to adjacent rice fields is very beautiful.

Switzerlandthe only "bad" experience we had in the restaurant but it wasnt food itseld, this was great. Service was an issue, when we wanted to order dessert, we had to wait for about half an hour until someone could take our order. Not good enough. Food pricing also seems a bit ood - example: We ordered a "familiy We ate in the restaurant. Great food, however partially price policy is hard to understand. For instance, a "family plate" comes as single person plate but is charged way more. In the end it was the most expensive meal we've had in 3 weeks in south east Asia, but to be fair. It was a lot of food, drinks and it was very good. So it's more the "confusion" angle that could be addressed.
Very nice sltting and location. nice roomd, good breakfast, mostly focused on indonesian food, but with a small selection of western food, too. I especially loved the enviroment, beautiful.

United KingdomWhen we arrived, many things didn’t work, and we had to call the staff several times. The bathroom room floor was not clean, needs to be scrubbed. The bed linen is rather old, needs to be replaced.
Very large grounds, big garden good for walking excercise. We most liked the friendly staff.
