Everything. Rooms, location, bar, restaurant, food and staff were amazing!

Only minor grumble was lack of twin bed options in the family room

Fantastic place, recently built and located right in front of the beach. The service is excellent in every aspect, with flawless organization. The owner, as well as the entire staff, is kind, friendly, and always attentive. Caring, smiling, and reliable people who immediately make you feel at home. The cleanliness of the rooms and the whole resort is impeccable, while the cuisine truly impressed us, as did the massage service. The entire island offers an atmosphere of pure relaxation – the perfect place to switch off and forget the stress of everyday life.

I was a little nervous of the all day music and the fact that the main area was open to the public as in general we like our peace and quiet but it was fabulous and my daughter loved people watching. The restaurant is fantastic and diner by the beach is lovely. You can just walk out and go around the island easily and safely and find your own boat to take you to other islands or snorkeling from the locals or horse ride or anything you like and return to the incredible comfort of your own villa. Its openness, its vibrancy, its upbeat nature is its charm. It offers the service and comfort of a resort without being trapped in one! The all day music in the main area which we could not hear from our villa was really fun and made me happy and stopped me thinking of anything other than what delicious meal I was going to eat next! Highly recommend

The snorkeling in front of the hotel is very busy. Good to look at but you may get flattened if you join in. I recommend taking a boat elsewhere.

If you want a peaceful holiday, BASK is not the right place. From the moment we arrive until the end of our stay (3days) there hasn’t been 5min without loud music. It is really a beach/pool club before a hotel. We were so disappointed because we really thought that Gili Meno was the quiet island of the 3 Gilis and it’s not the case at BASK. The music just never stops (even at breakfast) Food is great, but the service is quite bad, there is a lot of wait, for everything. The staff is very kind, but really slow.

It is paradise on earth! Great location, great facilities and great staff!

Excellent property with fantastic beach club. You don’t need to leave if you don’t want. Food and drink was exceptional.

Sometimes the service disappeared leaving long waits. Reservation error, at their end, for sun beds and loungers led to one unfortunate incident where we could not get a beach location. Music was sometimes too loud.

I don’t write many reviews but oh man does this place deserve one. I decided to book 2 nights here despite being a solo traveler, because: why not? Everything from the ambiance, location, lounge furniture to the beautifully designed rooms and ever friendly staff is just flawless. Icing on the cake is definitively the kitchen, which created some of the best dishes I have had in a long time. The beach and snorkeling spots are right at your footsteps too so no need to move around really. Honestly I cannot even comprehend what a logistical nightmare it must be to keep this place online so hat’s off to all the staff and management. I tried my best to come up with any feedback or points for improvement, but there simply aren’t any ;)

In one word, everything, but to add more details: the food is amazing, the staff is amazing, the facilities are amazing, the beach in front is amazin, amazing sunset from the villa.
