The staff are all lovely and the villa is clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is quite remote which made for a relaxing stay. The local beach is beautiful and calm.

We stayed in a one bedroom villa. The location is off the car park at the front of the property close to the property’s reception and kitchen. Unfortunately, there was quite an issue with mosquitoes. On the first night we were inundated and quite badly bitten. The next day the staff gave the villa a treatment which helped although we were conscious to not get bitten further so it was difficult to relax. The mosquitoes came back after a couple of days and the staff gave the villa another treatment. If I was to stay here again I would seek assurance that the mosquito problem is under control.

Nice villa, pretty large and well designed.

The whole place feels like a money making machine, we did not really feel very welcome. Food, drinks and everything else are massively overpriced (about 2-3× what you would pay in a restaurant outside the hotel). Also the villas are in the middle of nowhere, no supermarkets and barely any restaurants nearby. Since the hotel offers no scooters and other transportation is again massively overpriced, it feels like they just want to keep you there. If you do book, make sure to bring your own scooter. What is to be expected, but was still annoying to us is, that there is a mosque directly next door, so we woke up every morning at 5am - even with earplugs. Also there is very little wind so there were insane amounts of mosquitos. We could not leave the bed without mosquito repellant or a few new bites.

Very outdated, not very private as public walk past the beach and if you are in the pool everyone can see you.

First of all big thank you to the team and service. They have been incredible. The villa is beautiful and the area super quiet but exactly what we were looking for.

What I would like to mention is on the one hand some of the equipment and furniture were not in the best shape. I know it’s tricky to maintain everything especially outside but the kitchen was quite old and the fridge was broken and also the sunbeds at the beach were quite damaged. Also the snorkeling equipment was half of it damaged. To keep the standard high I would recommend to ensure that it is always working. Plus I highly recommend to have a mosquito net around the bed. Luckily we brought our own so we were fine. But I feel in that set up there should be always nets around the bed.

Food was fantastic. Great location on private beach. The villa was as shown in photos. The only things to be aware of is that the nearest shop is a drive away so you will be dependent on the villa to get any groceries for you or you will need to get a cab. They are happy to get for a few though. Also the mini bar is well stocked. Water pressure can sometimes be low.

The Bedroom was slightly small as couldn’t lay out 2 suitcases. The bedroom door was broken so it didn’t close unless locked with a key.

The villas are very intimate. Everybody has his own villa and that’s great. The easy access to beach was also great ! And the food was very delicious !

Our villa (one bedroom) didn’t have a direct access to the beach from the villa. We had to cross the property, but it was easy access though. It’s very good to disconnect but nothing around, no restaurants or something else.

I was totally surprised to see that I got whole villa for myself. Really nice, with a pool included just for me. They also have padding boards and kayaks for use, free of charge! There is a very good restaurant next to it! So, don’t worry about the distance from the town

Stunning location with beautiful architecture. The staff were exceptional and willing to do anything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The food is excellent and they endeavour to keep your rooms as clean as possible.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The villa was gorgeous and the swimming pool private and big. The food was excellent prepared.

The villa itself was very spacious, liked the layout and it was very comfortable.

Our villa was next to a public pathway, when accessing the beach there were always people trying to sell us bracelets, and other trinkets. They smoke a lot so we could smell the smoke from inside our bedroom every night. When they sent us all the info about the hotel, there were a list of things you could use such as kayaks, paddle boards, snorkelling equipment, etc. However, they charged us 150.000 for the kayak on our first day and we had to pay cash… It is sometimes confusing to know who are the staff, people com in and out of the villa from the beach fence and from the main entrance. Staff need to be trained.

The property is a little remote which was perfect for us - having a private beach was fantastic. There is snorkeling out the front which is pretty good and a pontoon which is welcome after swimming out that far. The food comes from Tu Ju next door and is just okay there isnt much choice along the beach - staff were good happy to help Irvan looked after us - it was a good stay.

There were just small maintenance issues that could have made the stay so much better and couldn’t work out why you wouldn’t fix them - sand around the pool at Villa Pantai was a little annoying and we would end up with sand in the pool - but these were small things overall

We spent almost a week at Villa Pantai. The luxurious villa is very well furnished and you can reach the pool and private beach directly through your own wonderful garden. The location is excellent because from the beaches you can easily swim through the calm sea to beautiful snorkeling areas. The Pantai Peninsula also offers impressively beautiful views at the island of Lombok and the nearby Gilis. Day trips (snorkeling, diving) are offered directly from the private beach. The Beach Villas team did an excellent job organizing our stay, transport and excursions. The in-house kitchen offers a selection of very delicious local and international dishes, we enjoyed the food very much. We felt perfectly looked after, the service was great and the warm, open and friendly nature of the staff made it extremely difficult to say goodbye to the warm-hearted team and this paradise-like spot on earth. Thank you again, great team of Beach Villas Lombok!

Absolutely no complaints at all!

The actual villa is stunning and the beach on your doorstep is paradise. We were able to borrow paddle boards and kayaks which was great. The snorkelling tour arranged was unbelievably good- the gillis with their colourful fish and graceful turtles are amazing. We also had a beachfront BBQ which was really delicious.

The villas are isolated, unless you cook yourself, there are limited options to walk for eating places. We wouldn't recommend the hotel next door- although it looks lovely, food is awful. The food at Beach villas is 'okay', the breakfasts could be a lot more generous.

Overall it was an excellent experience. The size of the property, ease of access to the beach, swimming pool, garden, and the hospitality of the staff were top-notch. I truly appreciated the privacy and the location, the beach making our stay both comfortable and convenient.

I would mention that the menu could use a bit more variety. Having just come from Bali, the dining options here felt a little underwhelming in comparison. However, this is a minor point depending on if you are a foodie or not.

Cleanes. Would be nice to have outdoor shower to wash sand after sea, no you need to walk through your bedroom to the shower and bring all the sand to the villa. The kitchen is very worn out. Sun beds on the beach dirty. Moist in the room.

Excellent staff who are always available. We were able to order food from 7am to 10pm and they served it to our villa. They also helped us with other information such as boat times etc. The villa was beautiful and had lots of space. It was also located on the beach and we had a private beach area. There's also an excellent hotel next door that had a restaurant and pool If you want a change of scenery.

We had some issues with mosquitoes in the bedrooms. The connecting bathrooms are not entirely closed which means mosquitoes can get in. However there was a mosquito net around the bed which helped a lot.

Lovely villa. Good kitchen with coffee machine and beer and wine in the fridge. Comfortable living room with internet tv. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was mostly delicious. We had wonderful massage on the beach. Love the beach. Idyllic clear, clean and safe sea. My favorite beach on Lombok. Beautiful sunrise but have to wake up early. We visited the wildlife park during our stay and had a great time.

The AC in the bedroom didn’t work on the first night so didn’t sleep well. There was no table or bench in the bedroom so our bags had to be on the floor which I found uncomfortable. The bathroom mirror was the only one and too high so unusable for me. There was no outside shower so couldn’t wash the sand off our clothes and shoes before entering the villa. There was a hose in the garden but had to ask for the pump to be turned on each time. If they fixed these minor issues, the villa would be a perfect 10!
