The light underneath the bed didn’t work. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned after they forgot for 2 days. A lot of management hanging around the restaurant most of the time chatting, eating or just hanging around.

The location of the resort, the pool and spa were great.

Always stay here when visiting the Gilis. An easy walk to/from the ferry terminal. The renovations have been completed and everything looks great. The breakfast is always good here. Good to chill out on their beach furniture or inside at the bar and play a game of pool. Not far away is live music / bands if you like that.

The internet was very temperamental which made it hard when working online. Was great to have a break from being online though.

We booked the super family dome and it was fantastic! We loved the location and would swim daily with the sea turtles right outside the resort. Our family loved the super dome with private pool.

The bed was not very comfortable. They need to upgrade their air conditioning, because it was quite hot in the room and it would drip. The wifi does not work in the rooms.

The property was right on the beach. Very chill and relaxed atmosphere with a bar, pool table and a movie playing every night. The staff was very friendly. We had a lot of fun with all the locals on the island. The breakfast was exceptional.

The air conditioner in our room did not work very well. Several other guests said the same was occurring in their rooms. I think that many of the photos are quite dated, as the hotel does not appear as it does in the pictures. The dome rooms have been refurbished.It seems that it was run down, and a new owner/owners have taken over. They are working hard to update the property. One of the owners spoke to many of the staff in an inferior manner daily. It was disappointing to observe. I did not see a restaurant menu for dinner. There are many other options available

Our toilet's bide was broken and there were a few caterpillars crawling on the floor every night, but it wasn't a big deal for us.

The staff was friendly and the restaurant area was clean. The breakfast was good and a lot of different items to choose from. The beds were clean and the room was comfy. The beach Area was really nice with the chairs facing the sea.

We stayed in a private, walled, quirky garden villa, which was huge, both inside and out. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was great, with very hot water. Small fridge in room, as well as tea and coffee provided . Good aircondioning. We had a very good breakfast in seating area overlooking the water and Lombok. This area has possibly been impacted by the fairly recent earthquake, which I assume will be remedied soon.

We had to ask the staff to come and make up our rooms and some days it didn't get done. The pool area was never cleared of glasses/bottles etc, we had to keep asking or take them to the bar ourselves. There weren't many cushions on the furniture by the pool and only two of the loungers had cushions on. One of the aircons in the older rooms we had was leaking, they did get the technician out to fix but kept leaking - they eventually offered to move my dad/mom but we only had 2 days left and they didn't want to have to pack up and move for only 2 days.

The bedrooms were a great size and most of the bathrooms were fairly new, although we had 5 rooms in total and two of the rooms were the older rooms so bathrooms not as new. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included was lovely and had a great variety. The location was fab and only a 12 minute walk from the harbour. They had a lovely pool table which got lots of use, unfortunately the dart board that was in the pictures is no longer there and we were a bit disappointed about that.

Breakfast was amazing compared to what we've experienced elsewhere. Bed was very comfortable and air-con worked great. There was a small fridge and tea making facilities. Staff were attentive and friendly. Room was very quiet. The location is perfect if you love to snorkel. Just walk out the front to get in and snorkel along the front for coral, fish, and turtles.

We had such a wonderful stay at Bel Air as a couple for 4 nights. Very comfortable room with spacious bathroom that staff cleaned often for us with options of pool towels daily. The beachfront was very relaxing to spend the morning or afternoon with snorkelling available and the bar serving cocktails and food. The breakfast was very tasty with nice variety. The snooker and bar area were very comfortable and we enjoyed spending evenings at the hotel, playing snooker, listening to live music, watching a movie or having some drinks. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We especially want to thank the bar staff for being so generous and kind. The only issue we would mention is the pool area could have more shade available. Also there was maintenance around the pool during our stay which meant we did not use really - but the beachfront area made up for this! Would certainly stay here again!

Bathroom needs some updating. The grounds need some tender loving care.

Like many of the hotels on the island there are ongoing renovations but this was not a problem for us..our place was quiet and all the conveniences of location were appreciated by us. The pool has been updated; it is the accommodation next to it that is going thru extensive work. But we were more interested in the wonderful snorkling so near by ( we used Turtle point just steps away from the hotel). We had a garden view villa that should be up next up in renovations. The room was spacious and fine but the outdoor bathroom is crying for an update! Breakfasts were wonderful..we had two dinners on site on the patio as well and they too were yummy. The staff were warm and willing to help at a moments notice. Special mention to our waiter Zul (sp?) and the lovely young woman who cleaned our room. We had a great stay

I couldn’t stay longer😁

Friendly, caring, helpful staff. As a diver I couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. The beach chairs and tables are back in place and the restaurant renovations completed. All in all a nice relaxing spot.
