Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is the newest place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm in Bogor. The staff were very helpful esp pak sigit and give wonderful support in every need of your visit. The morning breakfast service was lovely and feels like home with Nasi Kuning menu mix with fried chicken and eggs and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods. The room that we had stayed in was clean, stylist, roomy and well equipped and comfortable. I would definitely will come back to the bincarung House in my future endeavors to Bogor, as it made my weekend with my colleagues and family holiday extra special. Everything about the villa was exceptional. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10.

Staying at The Bincarung House is a magnificent experience. The luxurious interior and amenities immediately elevated my level of comfort. Its convenient location in the heart of Bogor city, yet it is incredibly peaceful and calming. The extensive facilities, which are very kid-friendly for my children, including a playground, a large swimming pool, and wheelchair-friendly access for seniors, make this place perfect for gathering with our extended family, warming their hearts. There are 6 luxurious rooms, each equipped with a bathroom and a TV, and a spacious communal area with a long dining table that makes every moment with family precious. The excellent butler service completes the perfection of this place. Thank you for the comfort Bincarung House!!
