    The panoramic view of the Sea is the best aspect of the property. The beach is much cleaner than it is in Bali. The Staff are polite and kind, doing their best.

    The prefabricated Cabins have seen better days. They are all in desperate need of maintenance. The Shower situation is an issue, water pressure is barely a trickle, the Bluetooth speakers tend to ‘pop’ randomly throughout the night. The WiFi was good while we were there. I would not recommend staying here unless you have your own mode of transportation. One night is enough, two would be ok, three would be an eternity. Bring your own Pillows if you want to be comfortable.

    The place is located in a good area, nice view.

    The place is set up as a high tech place, when we arrived were spend 20 minutes to set up app to access the room and then we were told the app doesnt work and we were given a regiral key to the room. Few days after there was no electricity for more than 10h so the whole high tech in teh room wasnt working at all, we couldnt access the room at all ) not a greta idea. the airconditionuing in the room was leaking for our whole stay of.6 days and have not been fixed, we had to turn it off most of the noght, not great.

    Nicely located, nice views and security at the gate

    The entire check in, check out and room key is done through an app. This means the doors have no locks from within and you can only open/close the door from an app. The problem comes with the app failing multiple times, wifi not working and therefore locks not working, etc. the technology is a disaster and we got stuck inside and outside of the room multiple times

    Friendly and helpful staff during check in. The view was great. Value for money was okay.

    First off, the attendant of the entrance gate when we arrived was acting standoffish towards us. The cabin itself was unfortunately not in great condition, with an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The food options were very limited. We really did not enjoy having to download and use an app to stay here. The cabin was also very hot, as there is no vegetation or something else nearby to buffer the heat. We did not end up staying the night.

    * the view fr our room was spectacular * the room was comfortable * bathroom/shower was good *the staff was very helpful

    * there was a kettle, but no tea/cofffee bags given * their partner restaurant on site, by Umarato resort was too expensive and the food was not very good. A drink must be ordered for every main course you order from the menu. Just weird rules!!! * No restaurants or good shops nearby.

    The strategic location, the scenic view, and the lovely restaurant up the hill.

    Bad wifi, lack of flexibility for both check in and check out (must be done through an app that did not work on my iPhone), all additional services were charged at least 2 times more expensive than on Bali or Lombok, and the staff had a limited understanding of English. The breakfast was very oily, the cabin was not cleaned throughout the 3 days we spent there, and the staff was chasing us with to pay cash every additional services before the end of our stay (scooter rental, laundry, massage)… Scooter rental was 200k per day (for reference, average price in Bali or Lombok is 75k per day) and we were told that if we need it for 1 extra hour on the checkout day , it will be charged as an extra full day anyway… There is basically nothing around so you are very dependent on the additional services. Everything is extra, even water bottles.

    Everything was clean, cool and it has nice view.

    Staff did not have idea what’s going on there. In village you don’t have option where to eat so only one option is in your hotel. This accomodation has super expensive restaurant and they deliver your food in one hour of waiting in plastic box with plastic kettlery. About breakfast? Make yourself. You pay fortune for raw food and cooker, they will bring it to you and you have to cook it by yourself - this is not the joke. Amazing 🤦‍♀️

    Glamping! Friendly, helpful staff, peaceful and secure location, clean, private, fabulous views, within walking distance of a beach, impressive Smart setup, comfy bed, good air con, hot shower.

    Check-in is done online via an app so it does take a bit longer than usual. It’s okay, but patience is required, especially if you’re tired. No cash payments, I personally prefer having the option. Included breakfast was just ok. No fresh milk or creamer with the coffee. Of note, you can buy boxed milk in the lobby.

    Welcome to the future. The staff are lovely, ready to do anything to help you. They helped us with everything, also to rent a scooter worked well. The cabins are perfectly equipped and the view is breathtaking. The application is a real plus and being able to have quick answers via instant chat is a game changer. In short words, excellent value for money to stay in Sumba. We could see the sea from our bed. Fantastic !!!!

    You have to rent a car or a scooter, because there is nothing nearby, anyway to rent a scooter worked well but you have to give your passport as caution.

    Location and layout of the cabin

    Need more time for check in n payment...i can not imagine if there is a lot of guest in the same time n tired. When we check in syatem one of the room error...so the door can not be opened n locked n can't turn off the light
