Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAbsolutely nothing to do with them but these were our first two nights in Indonesia so the call for prayer at 4:30 or so seemed noisy to us - but it’s the same everywhere and you gradually get used to it. It’s not a criticism of the accommodation but with jet lag it didn’t help sleeping.
The staff and homeliness were exceptional here. The rooms amazingly clean and comfortable, lovely terrace. Free tea and coffee. They bought us breakfast juice/smoothie and traditional dishes on both mornings when they dud r have to. They were very kind.

PolandThe place is being managed by amazingly nice, kind and helpfull hostesses - always happy and positive. We were given fresh fruit juice when we arrived. When we were leaving they prepared delicious snacks for us! The place itself is clean, equipped with air-con and comfy bed. The homestay is close to main attractions - 5 min by walking to Sultan Palace and around 10-15 to Malioboro street. Recommended for everyone!

IrelandWe booked a family room, that included two bunk beds. Four beds in total, but a couple could fit in one bed. It was such good value. We had a large balcony, a bathroom outside the room that included a shower and a water filter available. The hosts were so helpful and hospitable, we received fruit shakes and fruit on arrival which was amazing :)

The guest house was perfect for our three nights in Yogyakarta. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, since the property is located in a little alley. But the most memorable was definitely the incredibly nice host, she was extremely kind and caring and made sure that we had the perfect stay.

The owner is so sweet and helpful. We were sad to leave her. She made it feel like home. She was great with our kids and just really lovely. She gave us some great snacks during the day. The location is great. I'd definitely recommend staying here. The beds were incredibly comfortable and spacious.

BelgiumI cant recommend this hotel enough!! We had an incredible stay! :) The owner and her mom are the sweetest people.. They went above and beyond for us. They gave us watermelon when we arrived and snacks for our tour the next day. We arrived really late and they contacted someone for us to come arrange our sim cards at the hotel (very good deal). They also helped us for a tour the next day. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious with big and comfortable beds. We had the family room that came with a big balcony. The bathroom is separate, but it's not shared so even better. For the price it was exceptional. Would love to stay here again!

The home stay was well taken care of, the beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked, and the owner was very kind and offered to show us some of the best places for tourism and food! The owner even gave our group some free mango juice while we were waiting for one member of our group to arrive! It’s also very close to the Kraton and Taman Sari Water Palace. We were only there for one night, but I would gladly stay a whole week there!
