We had a great stay! The view is incredible and the staff are so kind and helpful. We rented scooters from them and did a day tour to Nusa Penida from the accommodation also.

The place is great value. But the breakfast is, out of the other hotels we had in Bali, the most basic.

The hotel is in a quiet location with a stunning view ! The bungalow was very comfortable, the swimming pool is a big plus and the staff is very helpful. You can have your food delivered by a local Warung, I highly recommend!! Just know that you're not in the center and might have to walk or rent a scooter to go around. Great place 😁

There was a lot of ants in the property but I know this is expected in this country. The lane up to the place is very steep and bumpy.

The staff were lovely, very helpful and were able to organise taxi/lifts for us to restaurants and the boat. The pool and view was class!

Our stay at this island Airbnb was absolutely incredible! The view was simply breathtaking—we couldn't get enough of it. The location was easy to find, which made settling in a breeze. The staff were amazing, always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Plus, the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and unforgettable island getaway!

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights wishing it was longer. Stunning views, very clean, serviced daily and great facilities. The staff were excellent in every way. Great area. No problems with wifi, great there is no T.v though a great fridge for the icy cold beers in your room. Loved it.

I enjoyed the outdoor shower but it didn’t have warm water, no problem during the day but at night I found it very cold to shower. Toilet is also outdoors and not fully covered which meant sitting out in the rain. Breakfast pancakes were yummy but I did leave a little hungry

Property is very beautiful. The view over the pool looking out to the ocean with seaweed farms is probably the best view we saw on the whole island. A friendly cat was there to keep me company, another highlight of the place. Staff were kind. Great property for the price we paid.

Bedroom & bathroom kept very clean, bathroom spacious, linen clean. host was so patient and accomidating, organised my drivers for places I wanted to visit and dine in. The swimming pool area was clean also and such beautiful views. Breakfast, you get the choice of eggs (cooked your way) or pancakes. Mini fridge inside room, so great if you get drinks and fruits from down the road (4 min walk ) to their corner store and mama Mia's grill restaurant and more down that over looks the seaweed farm and another 10 min walk your at the yellow bridge! Overall, I loved how clean it was, and it didn't have a smell like most accommodations do due to the humidity.

Breakfast was very basic. Cleaning each day appeared to only consist of making the bed and clean towels. No surfaces were wiped down or cups washed. Water was not replenished without having to ask. No glasses provided only coffee cups.

Quiet location but still easily accessible to restaurants etc. Beautiful pool and view. Ayu was so helpful with transport and sightseeing.

We loved our stay here! The views were so beautiful from right outside our room, and the pool was the perfect place to relax in peace. All of the staff were all so helpful and kind, they helped us with a scooter rental which was easy and very appreciated :) and the banana pancake for breakfast was delicious! We want to come back and stay here again!

Permata was lovely. Incredibly friendly staff and very clean. I would recommend having a scooter if you plan on staying there. The road up is a little rough but totally drivable.
