Unfortunately we felt that the ladies at reception on arrival and departure were not very hospitable, it felt like we were bothering them. Very different to all other resort staff who were really pleasant.

We stayed at a luxury pool villa. Very clean and maintained constantly each day. Beautiful and peaceful. Members of staff were very nice and helpful. Food in restaurants and room service was very good.

Maybe it's because a large group was checking out but breakfast was a bit too busy and lacked the quality I had experienced at other similar priced resorts.

The sometimes dirty ocean. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but it’s really saddening. They do their best to make up the beach but sometimes it is still to many plastic there.

Calm, ocean side, nice beach. Restaurants are all good and the foods are really tasty. The staff is extremely friendly and nice. Good value for money.

Due to a more serious rain one day, there was a small flooding in our room (through the roof).

The pool villa was amazing, very spacious and comfortable. The gardens in the resorts were beautiful and very well maintained. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choices for every taste. The beach was also very nice. And a very special and thankful mention to the people of Candi Beach Resort. They were all very nice, always smiling and extremely professional.

We had a lovely two days celebrating my birthday. We stayed in the luxury Ocean suite which was fabulous. The staff are very attentive but a special mention to Made Yuni who made our rooftop dinner even more special.

too many „pauschalurlauber“ from germany for our taste. the „all inclusive“ type of vacation. food in main („international“) restaurant was not 5-star standard, same for the buffet breakfast. other restaurants were good.

very good large resort. beautiful gardens and facilities. directly on clean beach suitable for swimming. nice room, strong aircon. free badminton on the lawn. 3 pools, 3 restaurants (italian, indonesian, „international“). would definitely stay again.

We didn't like the plastic amenities (toothbrushes & ear buds etc) in the bathroom. A minor detail, but every little helps.

The location is incredible, with the closest you'll get to a private white sand beach in Bali, and the grounds are immaculately landscaped and very spacious.

Loved, lovedddd the back drop from the pool near the Biru Restaurant, which I believe the Indonesian restaurant? The star staff for us was Angus, Ratna (both on f&b) and Triya from front office. Thank you guys for making our holiday the best! We will definitely be back!!!! Woohooo
