Extremely clean, especially considering the typical cleanliness standards in Bali. The place is modern and very aesthetic. The staff were amazing – the room was cleaned every day. We initially booked three nights and ended up extending for an additional night. They even organised a birthday surprise in the morning. I literally cried when I had to leave! :)))

Staff was extremely helpful, offered us anything we would need without us having to ask even. The rooms were spacious, very clean and really modern. Definitely have the Smoothie by glass in breakfast as well, you won’t regret it.

The staff was just exceptional! I was alone there when I had my birthday and they made it great! Thank you! I even lengthened my stay for few nights. I had a second floor room with a table so I could work - loved it!

Just a small quibble, the wifi was a bit weak at times but I still managed to watch some videos and do my daily tasks.

This is a beautiful little hotel. There are a few rooms but this is what makes it so charming. The staff is very helpful and nice. And the decoration is tastefully done. You have to choose the breakfast in advance but it is all very testy and quite artfully presented. Pro tip: Do try the mie goreng. If I'm ever back in Ubud, I'll definitely come back.

For us a door / glass between the room and the WC would have been a plus. We were aware of the openness but did underestimated that there is only a curtain between the bed, the WC and the shower.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely and beautifully decorated room and accommodation. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. We especially enjoyed having breakfast by the pool, surrounded by the calm and peaceful atmosphere. The location is great—just a 25-minute walk to central Ubud or 10 minutes by scooter. Scooters can conveniently be rented directly through the staff, which made getting around even easier. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

Honestly, I am such a picky person and I cannot fault this place. I don't think I have ever said that about a hotel before. And I travel monthly, sometimes multiple hotels each month depending on location for work/travel.

I travel often, and this hotel was just an all round winner! Stunning hotel - aesthetically pleasing, great location, spotlessly clean, delicious breakfast, but the two gentlemen who are there basically all day everyday, are just phenomenal. One guy is called Wyan, himself and the other guy are so pleasant, friendly and hardworking. I travel with my toddler, which at times can be difficult, and they were always looking out for me. Making sure we got transport when needed, help my daughter up and down stairs, and always making her feel welcome with a friendly smile and high 5 when passing. I also want to mention as I am an extremely picky person - I LOVE walking around my home barefoot, but can never when travelling due to the lack of proper cleaning - we walked around our room barefoot and it was literally spotless. They know how to properly clean, and my goodness was it appreciated! When booking here I actually was slightly skeptical as there was so many 10/10 reviews and I have had my fair share of hotels catfishing me, but Casa Art deserves every single full marks rating.

My room was in a lower floor without proper windows. There were windows but they were small.and weren't enough to make the room bright.

It’s great location , the room is cold enough without aircon at the night . The place is clean , great to stay there . Just for the coffee i think you could teach the staff how to make it right , so is not a waste , over all enjoying my stay 🙏🏾

Little bit noisy outside the doors. Could do with better sound proofing but it didn't disturb my sleep. Garden could have more plants and cover up the view of the other property. I did a massage before my flight and it was lovely expect the products were not of good quality and left me with irritated skin. Please check up on that with your external massage provider.

Loved how well decorated the hotel was. Modern, clean, classy and the rooms sizes- Wow! Incredibly big. It was well equipped for what I needed and the bathroom is lovely and big. Breakfast was yummy and the staff, super friendly. Was great to meet the owners too.

The facilities were lacking, no real atmosphere and staff weren’t around. Didn’t feel like a place to hang out around the pool during the day as you couldn’t get drinks or food from the accommodation, and breakfast/coffee wasn’t great
