Ciao Guido! 🇮🇹 Thank you so much for your lovely review and the perfect 10 for our staff! 🙏 We truly appreciate your kindness and support 💛 Just a quick note — “out of the way” might sound a bit misleading 😄 Ceria House is actually close to some of Bali’s most beautiful beaches with bike🌊☀️ Melasti Beach is just 10 minutes away, and Green Bowl Beach is only 9 minutes by scooter — perfect for a quick beach escape! 🛵✨ Here’s a little info about the Uluwatu area, which is divided into three main parts: Ungasan – ideal if you love peace and quiet 🌿 Pecatu – great for those who prefer a more crowded, lively scene 🏄‍♂️ Jimbaran – known for seafood dinners and gorgeous sunsets 🌅🍤 Depending on your travel style, you can choose the area that fits you best 🗺️ We’re located in Ungasan, a peaceful area with easy and quick beach access 🌴💙 So if you’re looking for a calm escape just a short ride from the beach, Ceria House is the spot 😉☀️ Hope to welcome you back on your next Bali trip! Regarding the kitchen 🧑‍🍳, we do maintain it regularly, but as it is shared, sometimes it may get messy if used by other guests before our team can clean it. We’re sorry if this caused inconvenience during your visit. For the shower 🚿, we do have hot water and would’ve been more than happy to assist if you had let us know during your stay — just a quick message and we’re there to help! 😊 As for room cleaning 🧼, we provide a door tag with “Please clean my room” and “Do not disturb.” We always respect guest privacy, so if the sign wasn’t switched, we assume our guests prefer no cleaning. If you'd asked, we’d have happily refreshed your room anytime. 🛏️✨ Regarding the dust under the bed, the room you stayed in is part of our newly expanded area, just a few months old. You rented the bike for two days and only informed us of the issue after using it for the full two days, refusing to pay full for the third day after you used it for 2 days. 🏍️ Please note, I do not rent out bikes directly but only assist in connecting guests with rental agents. If there is ever an issue, it is important to let us know immediately so we can help resolve it. not after using it and ask for money return. As for the cleanliness of the dorm room and bathroom, dorms are shared spaces, and sometimes other guests may leave things untidy. 🛏️ If you had let us know, we would have gladly cleaned it right away to ensure your comfort. 🧹 You mentioned extending your stay, which shows that you were comfortable enough to remain here. If there were any issues, it would have been helpful to address them during your initial stay so we could assist promptly. 😊 Regarding the location, it is clearly mentioned in our listing that we are in a quiet area, perfect for guests who enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. 🌴 While Bali has many places with dimly lit roads, the road to Ceria House does have lighting.
