Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. I love the way the hotel staff tend to my request, and their front counter & house keeping staff were very helpful and friendly. The second time I came to stay at this hotel and to have my morning breakfast, I noticed their coffee and tea place were re-locate to different area, however it did not affected my breakfast mood at all. (Just that I have been looking where they kept the coffee place😂) And most of all I love the cleanliness of the room & the comfy bed !! Will come back 👏💖 Thank you Ciputra Hotel Mgt & Staff.

United KingdomThe room and bathroom showed their age, with noticeably dated decor and very dim lighting—even with all the lights turned on—giving the space a somewhat gloomy feel. That said, everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained, which we truly appreciated despite the need for an update.
We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ciputra Jakarta, and the hospitality of the staff truly stood out. Despite our very late arrival due to a delayed flight, the front desk team welcomed us warmly and handled our check-in efficiently and with genuine care. Their helpful and courteous attitude made a great first impression and immediately put us at ease after a long day of travel. The room, while a little dated in terms of decor, was well maintained. Everything was in good working order. Overall, the excellent service and thoughtful hospitality more than made up for the older furnishings.

The location of the hotel is strategic. Despite it's an old building, the hotel is great and room is clean. The staff were friendly and helpful as well ! On top of that it's easy to get some food as it's close to the mall.

Many breakfast Indinesian food choices (better adding sushi counters😀) I think for standard amenities every room shall be provided 2 pairs such as slippers, toothbrushes (was informed by the cleaning service staff we HAVE to ask for extra )
