    hotel staff and location is good

    I get new renovate room which smell really not pleasant but they get me new room and they trying hard to help me and provide all i need , so at the end i just happy to staying there, the staf also do their best.

    would be perfect if they double check the room before handed to the guests

    The only thing good about this hotel were the location and the staff.

    Shower curtain was full of orange and black mold, board inside the cabinet was broken. The hair dryer is very old and it is not in the bathroom it was inside the closet. The window was very dirty.

    The staff is extremely cooperative, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is varied, and it is close to the shopping center, just a few steps away.

    Bathroom need to remove bathtub, it’s not necessary because it’s very narrow

    The room was spacious. The pool great. Breakfast delicious. The staff very kind. Directly from the hotel you can enter the hotel.

    I have known the hotel for 20 years. It has always been clean...Free ice cubes ..Next to the mall. For your information, the mall is old.

    The toilet are not clean , the slippery rubber fir bath tab has fungus you can see around , towels are very old the colours have changed etc . Ac switch are broken cannot increase or decrease

    Love the bed. So fluffy and comfy.

    Aircond is too cold Bathtub can be slippery and dangerous I almost slipped 3 times
