To be honest I cant find something I didnt like, everything was super efficient (for a business trip).

I was undecided between booking this or the Ritz Carlton, and I’m glad I chose Citadines. I had a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a laundry machine, and breakfast included (simple but efficient). Free unlimited water was also a great perk. I stayed for 5 days in what felt like a fancy serviced apartment, offering more amenities than a standard hotel — and without the constant staff hovering around. It gave me both comfort and privacy, which I really appreciated.

Citadines Sudirman Jakarta was a great stay. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped, and the location was convenient. The pool and gym were nice, and the staff were friendly.

Amazing location. It is value for money. Very nice and clean apartment. Amazing pool with an amazing view. The staff is very friendly and helpfully. I want to personally thank one of the security staff. He did walk with me to the ATM machine on our arrival day. We were hungry but all the restaurants were closed. After collecting the money we went to a local food stand and bought Nasi Goreng. The security guard supported with the order and afterwards guided me back home to the apartment. Lovely staff and amazing and save location in Jakarta. We would recommend this hotel.

Bathroom - quite small, towels should be changed as they are not "white" anymore they are a little greyish.

The staff - very welcoming, polite and helpful, every single of them is so nice! Coffee machine in lobby - Free caffeine supply! Good news for caffeine lover like me. The room - quite spacious considering I am travelling alone. Love that there is a water dispenser right in the room. I love the lighting too, I prefer brighter room as I get dizzy if room is too dimmed.

I think the bathroom needs more cleaning especially in the shower, really need a good grout scrubs. Most of the staff are friendly and very helpful. If I may suggest the staff at the receptionist should smile a little bit more.

The location is in the city center, the property has free coffee from tanamera which is good coffee. And they have free washing machine. It’s not big property but they have all you need, and clean. The breakfast are also good. The staffs are nice and polite.

the room isnt clean, mine was dusty. We suffered from Ants. Ants ruined my food and we had to move to another room. The breakfast options are very a few. I think its too expensive for the service we had in turn.

Sound insulation between rooms is not sufficient. However, the hotel staff was extremely responsive to transfer me to another room after I had complained that my neighbours were too noisy until very late at night.

The very convenient well equipped kitchenette allows you to cook quick meals. Perfect location closed to the business district. Extremely friendly and responsive staff.

Location could be better. It is off the main road & nothing close by, so unless you take grab, it is not very convenient to go anywhere. There is a big mall about 15 walk away, but the road condition was not that walkable, lot of pot hole, uneven pavement, difficult to cross street etc. You have to take grab to all restaurants.

Descent size apartment. They give us a huge water bottle so that is convenient. Pool is big. View outside the balcony/widow was pretty nice. Staff is friendly, but English is not very good.

The bed was hard and pillow too soft. Some of our drivers had a hard time locating the hotel.

Would prefer if tv didn't turn on each time coming into room / didn't play 3yr anniversary message on loop. Bed was also a little bit hard. But other than that (which is a very minor thing) everything was good!

Wifi was stable and nice and fast! Front office team were kind enough to let me check in a little bit early because room was available - thank you!!

A favourite place to stay when heading to Jakarta with family. Amazing price, location, and view. Was here as well during New Years and stayed at the 29th floor. So we got to see the whole sky decorated in fireworks. There's this staff name Billy who is always helpful
