The towels are very old and grey—it would be good to replace them, because they don’t absorb water. The walls and windows feel sticky. The breakfast was forgettable and not worth ordering, as it’s served in boxes. And payment was only possible in cash!

The accommodation is very well situated, the view from the room was spectacular, and the air conditioning worked properly.

The staff were not friendly or helpful. I arrived about 20 minutes before the check in time and they refused to check me in, but there are no seats anywhere to sit and wait. It’s the 7th floor of a mall basically so you can sit on the tile floor and wait. The room itself was clean but something was going on with the shower drain/plumbing as I kept getting flies coming up through it and hanging around the bathroom. At one point I counted over 20! I sprayed some strong insect repellent down the drain which kept them away for the rest of my time there but it’s a problem that needs a long term solution

I had a room on the 9th floor with a great view of the city surrounds. It was convenient for walking to Sudirman Street and Braga Street attractions and restaurants. The rooms and elevator feature old photographs of this area of Bandung years ago, and its possible to determine which buildings are still all or partially standing - quite cool

Upon entering the room, the toilet stinks! The Wash basin tap is not fixed, and there are no hooks to hang clothings in the toilet.

The toilet and the room were not particularly sanitary. We also had a terrible experience with the payment procedure. They verified that credit card payments could be made while corresponding online. Unfortunately, they told us right before we arrived that they didn't have a card reader, so we could only pay with cash. In order to ensure that future visitors do not have similar problems, it is necessary to improve information regarding payment choices. This last-minute change was inconvenient.

This hotel is a great place to stay because it has modern services, comfortable rooms, and a great location. We like how "little" clean the hotel is, how friendly the staff is, and how easy it is to get to nearby sites and public transportation. The stylish décor and low prices make it a great choice for both work and pleasure travelers. Overall, it's a great deal for the money and a unique experience for anyone who goes to Pasar Baru.

Foul smell and the dirty condition of the room mostly the toilets, there was no cleaning schedule at all, NOT BEING CLEANED FOR AGES while showering you can see worms on the floor, you can see it from the stained condition itself, NO WATER HEATER.

Had to ask for "cleaner " sheets. Maybe they were clean but didn't look as they were. Stains and holes in the bathroom towels and sheets. The room looked as it needed a bit of tlc. Bathroom sink tap pressure was very low, water was barely coming out, while the shower it was either boiling water the first day to cold water the next. We find out that clockroaches are living happily in the bathroom. Otherwise ,the entire area around the hotel and at the entrance is dirty, dark and doggy, with full of rats at night.

Staff is nice and helpfull. Walking distance to the train station and Braga street. Great view of the city at night from the 15th floor. It was posible to leave the our ludgage after check out for several hours in a secure room. The beds were comfortable.

Fire exits were locked on some floors, which apart from being a massive fire hazard means you had to use two separate lifts to get to your room. No hot water and the room smelt of cigarette smoke.
