The location close to various malls within few minutes walking distance was great beyond our expectations. The pool and other shared facilities such as gym, sauna, etc were great and up to standard.

The second washroom need to be equipped and improved by installing the western-type toilets, and shower facilities as well such that the apartment could boast about having two complete washrooms that is necessary especially for hosting families up to 5 pax comfortably.

We loved everything about the property. It was super clean, and looked even more beautiful than what it showed in the pictures. The WiFi was very fast, and we loved the smart TV with Netflix and Youtube. The location was very convenient. Rooms were so comfortable and the space had been perfectly utilized.

access to mall is very convenient as there are all supplies available without car rides. House owner is available on sitenand via WhatsApp and speaks English .

I had 10 nights amazing stay at this apartment. The host is super helpful and nice. The communication and process from checking in and checking out were easy. Due to my long stay cleaning service was provided for free of charge. The apartment is located in a convenient location close to local amenities like shops, restaurants, big malls, bank within walking distance and airport can be reached less than 35 minutes . Facilities in the unit like WiFi, hot water, air conditioning, smart key lock, microwave, are perfectly functioning. Bed is comfortable and the unit is clean and super cozy. Access to the pool and gym are also available. Good value for money and highly recommend.

Everything was perfect.

Location is perfect. Convenience store downstairs if you need last minute items. Pool is also looking clean unfortunately no time to swim. Kitchen is minimal, can cook basic items, has kettle, rice cooker, crockeries. Wifi connection is excellent. Room is good size for 4 of us. Has extra pillows and blankets if needed. Aircon in all rooms in good working condition. Erick the host also just stone throw away, easy to reach and very friendly.

Nothing major but just suggestion to provide cereal bowls as part of the crockeries.

Everything was perfect. The owner was super friendly, he evem let us stay until the evening on the day of our departure. Perfect location very clean, everything went smooth.

Room is spacious, clean n tidy. Amenities is ok. The owner is helpful. All is great

comfortable, I stay only with my niece but it can accommodate six persons including sofa bed at the living room. The owner/staff gave extra transportation to the bus terminal

The property is absolutely perfect for what we needed. There are two bedrooms and a living room, easily accommodating up to 6. We only had four pax, so everything was great. The unit is pretty high up, 28th floor, and the view is quite nice. There's a huge swimming pool that visitors can access. The host, Pak Erick, was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. He's very detailed, and he even gave us video instructions on how to use the stove, how to get to the malls next door (shortcut), etc. Definitely 10 out of 10.
