Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Singapore1. Rude staff 2. Poor system, no one has the right to retain passport as it is the property of the issuing country. Initially, they insisted on doing that until I strongly resisted, and then they agreed to collect a deposit of Rp100K. But the hotel only issued a so-called receipt, a small piece of paper size around 2 inch x 2 inch, and warned me if I lost the paper, I won't be able to get back my deposit. 3. Very dirty, both bed sheets and pillow cases are full of yellowish stains and black spots. After check-in and looking at the conditions, then I checked on the previous reviews, then realised that I was not the only gust having the same experience. But what surprised me was the replies from the management. I am considering feedback on my experience to the Indonesia Tourism Promotion Board.

NetherlandsWhere should I start? The sheets are very dirty in this hotel. They need to be refreshed. They were really brown with spots and stains everywhere. When the staff showed us another room, the sheets were just as dirty. I've never seen this dirtiness before in what supposed to be a clean bed. When we asked the staff at first they didn't replace it. Later with a lot of waiting they found clean sheets. They didn't fit the bed, but okay for one night. The bathroom hasnt had a good clean for months. Hairs everywhere, dirt on the walls. The towels were wrapped in plastic, but when we took them out they were really smelly. This hotel needs an investment for new sheets and towels, paint on the walls and good clean. Serouisly pay a little bit more and go somewhere else....
The employees don't speak English, but they tried to help.

Located arround train station that can be reached by walking (Be aware with taxi/becak driver who aggresively offering their ride). The hotel is only 15 minutes walking from station. Hotel’s receptionist is on 5th floor. They will ask you to leave your ID until you checking out. So prepare either you leave your ID card or driving license or a deposit. The non-smoking room is nice and clean enough for a transit hotel. Nice hotel employees too
