Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

NetherlandsFor the payment, you need to pay on-site. At the time of our stay, the card machine wasn’t working, so we had to transfer the money. This meant finding the nearest ATM, which wasn’t very convenient.
We booked this place because we had an event nearby. The place is good enough for a short stay, although the cleanliness, especially in the toilet, could be improved. The room is spacious enough for a family of four, and there’s still plenty of space to open your luggage. The location is also convenient, within walking distance of a nice café, and you can easily find street food nearby.

The place is easy to locate and easy to reach. The staff was very nice and helpful. Wifi works OK, the place is quite clean. There are supermarket and restaurants nearby. Overall it was a nice stay

My family and I are always happy to stay here. Whenever we visit Bandung, the first accommodation that we aimed is Dago 207. The staff are very friendly, check in process is also easy, payment methods are also varied. The room, bed, and bathroom are all super clean. It is also located right at the heart of Bandung so finding food or tourist attractions are very easy to do.

United StatesI recently stayed at Dago 207 and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The hotel had several issues that made my stay unpleasant and unclean. The hotel had a bad smell upon entering, which was a major turnoff. Additionally, there was a cockroach in the room, which was a clear sign of poor cleanliness. The shower was not clean and had bugs in the sink. The facilities were not well-maintained, with big patches of paint missing from the walls. It appeared as though the hotel had not been maintained or cleaned for a long time. Next to the toilet, there was mold and leaking water coming out of the bidet. The bathroom was also missing basic amenities like soap and shampoo. These issues were unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. Overall, I would not recommend Dago 207 and cannot understand the positive reviews. The hotel failed to meet my expectations in several key areas, and I hope future guests are prepared for the issues we encountered.
